Very neat app I like the reports function and that you can log any measurement or bodily function It would be awesome if it had an alarm for taking medications It would make this app perfect                 Good App

Love this app Before the update the reports were not very functional I simply sent an email to David who was very responsive and he told me about the update I can now chart my symptoms email the report print and take to my doctor Thanks Twizia                 Health Manager

This app has been helpful in tracking my lupus flare symptoms It would be great to be able to add photos of symptoms as well hope that gets added sometime              I like it

Just bought this app or just wasted 499 on this app I should say It is very cumbersome to use and doesnt even allow for date selection when creating an event It also doesnt allow for date or time ranges if you have a symptom you want to track the length of Dont waste your money Youd be better off just jotting things down on a notepad     Reviews Cant Be Real

I like this program though it was frustrating to learn Ive now got tracking for all of my Chemo meds Vitals and Symptoms in one place It was worth my 499              Learning Curve

I tried do hard to use this app I spent hour trying to make it work the reports stink no updates in a couple of years should have been a clue I think even the creators gave up so sad it had potential really bummed I tried do hard FRUSTRATED     Hate it

As a former medical care provider I like to document temps symptoms meds given intake times etc Ive used this app through two major family events so far an ACL surgery recovery and a five day flu two different patients The app was easy to use intuitive and customizable The ACL recovery required tracking of things like rotation of chilled ice water pain levels morale etc a few non standard items The app let me create and track whatever I wanted The fact that I could lay the pain data next to the meds data was useful for understanding her pain cycles Its great that the app lets me create several patient records and send email reports of progress We recently reviewed my wifes ACL repair data from seven months ago The records are there for future reference or to share with specialists Id like to see a built in calculator some conversions for weight and temperature export to a csv and the ability to further customize the reports but I am very pleased with my purchase Id buy it again and recommend it to friends and family Great app to have in the tool box              Useful App

Worked fine until I wanted to edit my entriesevery time I click the edit button it knocks me out of the app     Found a Bug

I love the flexibility of this app I can track any and as many as I want of my symptoms medications and measures I love that I can put in mulitple ratings of the same symptom per day The graphs look better on the ipad so I track everything on my iphone export the data to my Health Manager account the import it on my ipad                 LOVE this app

After updating to iOS 6 there are bugs Especially troublesome is the fact that it is no longer possible to go back to the previous day to log medications without the app crashing It is also not possible to change the time for an entry It sticks on the current time no matter what you change it to     Bugs No updates for a year Worthless

My daughter has numerous medical conditions and this app provides me with the ability to track everything in one place However I agree with several other comments that some of the fonts are extremely small It would be nice to be able to increase the size of the fonts to make the reports more readable A fix for the report crashes on the ipad would be nice as well Everytime I mean everytime it takes me 56 tries to get a report to work if it works           Not bad

This app would be useful but it needs a couple of things For example automated notifications feature and the ability to delete medications off of the list For 5 and coupled with the reviews Id expected more from the app which it failed to deliver Add the features and my opinion will change and I will recommend the app     Garbage

Could be a bit slicker on the graphs and have more of them font size is inexplicably small in places and it took awhile to get it just right for my purposes But I looked at a lot of apps before choosing this one and it does more than any of the others Love that I can customize and track meds stats symptoms and notes in one place providing a complete record for me and my physician Good value for 499              Solid app for the money

Great idea but wish it had a free lite version so I could have seen that the font is so small I cant read it very well Its really really small Please change this Also for each item like symptoms and measurements etc there is not enough room You cant expand one or the other And the scroll thing for graphs is too hard you can only see one item at a time to add to graph and then scroll down form that tiny window Please fix I wish I didnt pay for this now Fix it and I will use it and be able to read it Thx           Good but font too small

This app could be useful for managing chronic diseases I agree with the other reviewer that an alarm reminder for medication schedules would greatly enhance the utility of this app Even a feature that allows users to set up a medication schedule and tick off the meds from a checklist would be really helpful           Useful app

Not being able to edit is annoying No link to communicate to the developer is even more annoying     No way to report issues

Reports not working well in iO6 Would be nice to have ability to add date range for all fields so I dont need to do each day individually Great start though Color highlight calendar days that have entries           Not bad

First please enable this for use in portrait orientation Next it would be great if for the data displays one could control the scale rather than having it be automatic When my blood sugar levels are hovering between 85 and 105 I dont actually need it to look like those are large changes Also it would be really helpful to be able to enlarge the type Im sure many users of this app have compromised vision as I do Overall a great start and this could be the most useful app ever for those with chronic illnesses if a few tweaks were made Thanks Update took none of my suggestions for the latest iteration           Solid could use a few improvements

Would like to be able to include more variables in graphs and wireless syncing between devices Otherwise the app is a good investment              Good App

This is a good beginning for tracking symptoms and treatments but the graphing function only allows you to see a single factor one med or one symptom on the graph at a time Its impossible therefore to correlate different symptoms over time and youre stuck with forty screen shots of a graph with different pieces of information in each one I cant seem to find where the notes for each entry are stored So notating your medical issues or symptoms on a day to day basis also seems pointless if they cant be recalled Im willing to pay 5 for this unfinished app as its important to me such programs develop and help empower people to advocate for their health and treatment Please keep working on this I will probably shelve it for now and keep looking for a program that will allow me to chart multiple symptoms and treatments in one graph     Incomplete

How can this get into the app store and not rotate Impossible to use as it displays upside down for typing     Upside down

After my son was hospitalized again for asthmatic bronchitis I was looking for something to help me track symptoms and medicines Its perfect for that and helps you answer all those obscure questions the doc has You do have to be diligent and consistent with data entry to get the real value out of it Im very happy with it                 Just what I was looking for

I like the app a lot it is very easy to use and has a nice layout I tried the new version and it still didnt rotate for me Would it be possible to make the graph select buttons larger maybe they could disappear after being selected somehow A feed back button would be great too Thanks for the great application                 Very nice app to help track Meds

Takes too much time to enter medications and once done there is no way to revise entries I have spent hours trying to work on it only to find that these revisions do not extend to the next day Should be a way to revise and save without deleting and putting the information in again Sorry I pad for this app           Waste of time
