A great time saving product for simple orders Unfortunately it doesn t automatically update pricing from previous orders so is cumbersome to research enter orders from customers who have different pricing than list Great for simple orders Wilsonced

Simply the best App for taking orders at a Trade show or any other event Innovative intuitive and powerful puts a fun spin on order entry Only wish they hand Quantity tier discount pricing per item rather than having to manually edit pricesbut rumor has it this may already be on their roadmap for this year In my opinion the iPad Mini is the perfect sized device for using the App and taking orders at shows but it works on the regular sized iPad and the iPhone as well IT Manager

We looked for months for a solution that would allow us to take orders at trade shows and it was important that the solution be able to work offline which very few can Handshake was one of the few that worked offline which was great Handshake also offered easy customization of export files which made integration with our backed system fairly simple There customer support is very responsive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile order entry solution Great solution

2nd week using handshake except for minor bugs in update got two apps instead of updating So far so good 2 months Need option to put fraction Very easy to use

Nice program but needs a way to differentiate whos credit card Im using with a name rather than the last 4 digits Its also a little too easy to delete an order line with no double check Oops Sales agent

Love love love the simplicity of using the app for taking orders The online tools are a bit weak though would love better bulk options for downloading orders rather than one at a time or all combining into one massive PDF And prompts to exit page whenever I click on a field ie copying an email address gets annoying Maybe have an edit mode for client info Reporting is not spectacular and pretty much all useful info has to be accessed by exporting the data to excel but I still love the app and suspect over time these things will get better Great app but online tools could be a bit more robust
