The Lange series is better The first free case is Iron def anemia here There really isnt any thinking in this just reading Ie they dont ask you whats the next step in the workup with choices they just TELL you The Lange Case Series in Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine are much better those make you think are a great review even if they are textbook cases are good for resident level also Not good
What I love best is the comprehensive review of hematology this app offers It is clear and concise The cases are also very well designed and take a student through the thought process of diagnosis and treatment very well The only downside is the cost of the cases which is why I rated this app 45 For 25 Id rather have a book CCU Haematology Review
