Was running my battery dead because it constantly used location services Even after I turned its setting to off Had to delete it Uses location services ALL THE TIME

I have been using the other Marriot app for awhile with great ease This app seems to strive for more conscience and efficient check in through communication Unfortunately it has been searching for my reservation for the past 30 min to no avail 3 stars for concept and effort Great Concept buggy
This app is terrible I cant believe that it would pass through a quality review check and be a key item in Marriotts marketing campaign Tips 1 allow users to sign in with rewards account and provide useful info points nights stayed etc 2 allow a function to allow individuals to book rooms via app 3 merge functionality for guest services into app 4 invest in the mobile world Awful
Cant find my hotel reservation that is for 3 weeks and checkin is in 48 hours Just like the other 1star app
Loaded onto my phone after the receiving a flyer from the Marriott when checking in on a recent trip Doesnt integrate with the standard Marriott app To use it required me to load in my confirmation number which obviously was not readily available Once I did all that it wouldnt load Easier to just dial zero and call the front desk Wont load

Although I agree that many of the properties do not use this app as of yet and that it has limited features IT IS A PILOT This is a testing app to test the functionality of the features and the properties ability to facilitate This is not a prime time app and is a test platform The users who have gotten the invitation to try it are informed of this but apparently didnt read the correspondence When features have been evaluated and deemed worthy they will be added to the standard Marriott App Lighten up people This is a pilot people
Login system is odd Crashes often Crashes often
Im in several hotels a week at time and I have to log in with each reservation number You cant link to my Marriott rewards number like the other Marriott app why not combine the two and save space on my phone Really no link to my Marriott Rewards
Marriott clearly doesnt have the bugs worked out on this app yet I downloaded while in the Charleston Marriott a participating location It ask for my reservation number which was weird because I am already checked in Then it said there was an error in verifying probably because I already checked in After that none of the buttons would go to any of the screens to show me attractions or services in the area This app is a complete fail Not ready for use
Have stayed at several Marriotts throughout the world since I downloaded this app and to date NONE of them have used this app Its thoroughly useless as of now Pointless app
Only opened the first time and crashed after entering info Wont even open now immediately crashes Annoying as I keep getting emails from Marriott encouraging use I would if I could Wont work

My last name has a hyphen in it Cant find my reservation because the app wont let me type in the hyphen It would be nice if there were a link from the Marriott mobile app or the ability to login to my account Either of these options and Im all in Great concept but

I have been checkin for more than 24 hours at the Baltimore Inner Harbor Marriot and the app still does not recognize my room information It certainly defeats the purpose of a digital key if it doesnt load the information at all The local perks feature also does not provide any information including if there are perks or not Until the app is updated I suggest not downloading Still not ready for Prime Time

This app is of very limited value as it works for only a very few Marriott properties It is very unclear why this is a separate app and the functions were not integrated into the regular Marriott app I also have had an alert on the app that seems to be impossible to turn off without deleting the app entirely Limited value and needs more work

Makes many things much easier Wish it had more functionality but for what it does it does very well Useful app
Allowed me to skip a long line at checkin Initially was confused as there are two marriott apps but the digital key worked as I was instructed Initially I was apprehensive leaving my plastic key behind but after my 2nd stay using the phone as my key I was sold on it Cant wait for them to have this at all their hotels Wish every hotel had this functionality
Cant really rate it because it never worked Stayed at the Marriott on Michigan and functions in the app either werent enabled or crashed the app when selected Crashed all the time

The only remotely useful thing about this app is the potential for it to be a room key But why on earth is it separate from the main Marriott app Why doesnt it let me order room service or anything useful Why would I use this app instead of the phone in my room Does very little and shouldnt be a separate app

Another useless app from Marriott Very disappointed First of all the app requires you to know your confirmation number in order to use it Who remembers their confirmation number You should simply be able to login with your Marriott rewards number and password to have access to this functionality Second Why do you have to have a second app to perform these very minimalistic features This should simply be things that are embedded in the main Marriott app however that app also leaves much to be desired Third These couple of features in the app are only available at a few select hotels This is so not ready for prime time Another terrible Marriott App
