I don t really see the point of this app when it only gives partial info It doesn t give me the option to view what is covered and what my copayments are Very few options GeorgaPeach

For a mobile app registering is a pain to do from a cell phone I closed it out and Im removing from my phone Its just not worth it Poorly planned

Only download this app if you urgently need to view a copy of your card or find a provider while on the go Otherwise its using up space on your phone that could be otherwise filled with hmm I dont know pictures of kittens or another selfie or that recipe you found but will probably never get round to making or all the caring humanitarian non offensive statements made by Republican politicians What is the point

This app is very buggy and doesnt properly show the providers in the area you request with the given services filter I had a map come up of the provider location and it was in Ohio and Im in Texas Not good at all

Only allows you to search providers view your ID card that is all You have to register with a username and password online first which is a headache with all the info they want If youre under a DMO then your providers are preassigned making this app pointless to have Pointless

This is an extremely limited app in the sense that you can see your ID cards and thats about all You need to log out to search for a provider A few things it needs to be able to do to be of better use show coverage details show past claims remaining deductible remember login allow user to remain logged on while searching for provider save favorite providers enable scheduling with providers one touch call to providers provide faxing of ID card then we can fax it to drs office Mere token app not buggy but not much use

As other reviewers state the functionality is quite limited see an ID card or find a provider It hasnt been updated in about 2 years Guardian should just remove it from the App Store Nothing more than a token app

Only shows card If you dont have vision shows nothing That is it once you log in If you want to locate a provider you must log out Then to top it all off the only provider information is for vision The last update says 2013 the copyright is 2012 Embarrassing May even rethink provider

If you are a new user you cant create an account through the app Also if you search for providers they all have the same address Lol Those are two huge problems that I saw in 30 seconds and then deleted it Painful as a root canal

I cant even log in with the credentials I use for the website It tells me my info is incorrect It is not Absolutely useless Get it together Guardian Im STILL waiting for my ID card more than a month after my effective date with them Im beginning to rethink my choice of dental insurer honestly Complete waste of time

For the love of god hire a usability engineer Like the website this atrocious app is a usability nightmare I guess I should have expected as much between being given a QR code when trying to download on their website as opposed to just providing the direct link why having to fallback to getting emailed a link to download really and the fact that it hasnt been updated in nearly two years Horrible Just Horrible

Only thing this app is worth is nothing It shows your ID card Who cares it would be nice if you could see your statements Junk
