This app is ok for what it is but it s missing some common sense features If you want to view your usage or pay your bill you can use the GMP app to do that and overall the app works well and is easy to use However it s nearly 2018 and I think it s fair to expect more The app does not have an option to remember your password nor does it allow fingerprint or facial recognition as a means to log in You must type your password every time It also does not allow you to save payment information or use Apple Pay You have to actually enter all of your credit card information every time I think this may also be a way to encourage customers to sign up for automatic payments but that s not the way to do it I m a customer I have an account I know that GMP can do better         Missing Features RZil

This app is exceptional We are using it for a house we rented in VT for the season We have electric heat so being able to monitor consumption is key Our utility company back in CT barely has a functional website to view and pay bills GMP is on the front edge of the curve Great work                     Excellent App Cquense

Good initial release but it is deficient for us and in some general respects We have a solar array and we are net metering customers The app charts data about power generated from our PV array and incorrectly labels this data as consumption We cannot learn from this app what our overall consumption of power is or even what our net consumption of power is GMP power minus our solar array power nor what excess power we are putting onto the GMP power grid i e what we are selling to GMP This data is available on GMP s website but not via this app Also GMP s website provides 24 months of bills whereas this app only gives access to 12 months of bills Again good start and good interface but app needs correction revisions         Incorrect data for Net Metering customer JyPA67
