I love this App It allows me to keep track of my 87 year old father when I am not with him It shows me when he is out and when he has returned home It also shows the battery level which is great I can call him to remind him to charge it It tells you when the battery is charging so I can alo call and remind him to put the device back on This App is great for those who have loved ones wearing this device it allows you peace of mind                 Great reference for device

GreatCall works perfectly for keeping tabs on my Mother for half the cost of what other Medical Alert type systems GreatCall is with you all of the time wherever you go and with this app I can track my Moms whereabouts instantaneously                 Technology

This app seems to be working good for me It tracks the few times Mom leaves her apt gives me weekly reports Glad I have it                 Mom

My elderly mother is in a different state and I got her this for her as she lives alone The app lets me know when she is out and about home and when she has used her device to emergency services Helps keep my sanity in check and I could not live without it                 Love love love it

After one of the updates I found that the app had started working It now gives me a very good pendant and parent status in great detail                 Fixed

Greatcall gives me peace of mind It enables me to keep track of my 93 year old mom It is extremely helpful to me as I live in a different city than she does It also gives my mom a sense that she can always be found if she gets confused or lost                 Greatcall is great

Great calls and its app is the best service ever If I put in known addresses the app tells me when shes there It lets me know that her battery is charged and whether it is in the charging cradle and therefore not on her person It would also let me know if she made an emergency call or a fall is detected The service delivers great peace of mind                 Daughter of a mobile mother

When the app first came out last year I was extremely impressed at its capabilities and usability Howeverit seems now that the plan I originally subscribed to is not good enough Even better I found this out by not being able to use the app like I usually do I suggest you all save yourselves the years off of your life in stress when the next big price structure change comes around and they dont bother to tell anyone had this been an actual emergencywell all you caregivers out there know exactly what Im talking aboutFlying off the handle somehow just is not adequate Im afraid a resounding what the hell is in order for this latest release And perhaps not by fault of the programmersbut whatever genius in product marketing decided to make this change     Subscribe MORE

I had high hopes for this app to track my aunt But it really doesnt do much and the limited functionality that it does have is spotty Battery levels not accurate and didnt notify me when there was a fallisnt that the whole point     Pretty but useless

Bought the Greatcall Jitterbug5 along with the Greatcall Link app The Greatcall app is exactly what weve been looking for to track our Moms comings and goings Awesome peace of mind knowing where she is                 Jitterbug5

Not only does it take almost an HOUR to tell me my mother left the house the mobile app took 35 hours to locate her What if theres an emergency        Takes FOREVER

Are you going to fix the current problems with this app Paying the extra for it seems misleading when it doesnt work like is supposed to Do we all need to go to a higher power in order to fix all the bugs     Problems

Its not worth the addition 5 a month if the app is what you are looking for It is never up to date the battery level is not correct and the app map shows my moms location but the status always says shes at home Disappointing     Good Idea

Give a different location from where my mother is actually located everything else works great           GPS not Accurate

Never works Calling support every week The app always says out of service or not connected And cannot locate my mother in law That was the point of getting this app     Disappointed

This app allows you to know that status of your loved one 24 hours a day Its priceless Im 424 miles from my 90 year old Mother and I can even tell when the device needs to be charged It can be used to locate someone that becomes lost if they are unable to communicate with you or others A must have                 Peace of Mind app for knowing your loved one is safe

I have peace of mind knowing where my mom is The reason i am giving three stars is the app is inconsistent and doesnt always tell me where she is in a reasonable time           Peace of mind

I am finding the app to be somewhat useless at this time and frankly a waste of money It almost never pinpoints my mothers location precisely and since the senior center she goes to almost daily is within 14 mile of her house it cant differentiate between her home and the center The end of the week review tell me that she never left her home I am constantly rebooting the location finder as well as having my mom turn the e called device off and rebooting it as well Sometimes the app tells me it was unable to locate my mother when I know for a fact that she is sitting in her living room chair with the greatcall splash around her neck I think until the app is more precise the 499 extra a month should be waived Lately the app is showing me that the device is not in the charger when I know for a fact that it is and there are times it looks like its in the charger when I know for a fact its not When the device is in the charger it lets me know that my mom went to bed and when I see it fully charged at 2am it caused me great anxiety Ive even called her in the middle and woke her up because the device failed to show it was in the charger Im currently having a problem with app now I deleted the app a few times but the problem still exists Its extremely frustrating        Somewhat disappointed

Got a Jitterbug5 for my 89 year old dad who still gets out and about and needs an easy phone to use with an emergency panic button The link app has worked flawlessly on my iPhone and always locates him within 30 feet Love being able to locate him at any time We have very good Verizon coverage in our area and maybe others have had spotty coverage but I LOVE this app I just checked to see that he got to his volunteer position Never had a problem with support                 Works as promised thrilled

Im 75 and live alone Im in great health and am very active Its great to have my pendant and know that if I need it I can get help The app is a wonderful addition for it I can easily check status and so can the links I specify What a great way to have peace of mind                 A great app

Doesnt accurately identify moms movements geographically or timewise I input over 20 locations in the profile it only recognizes about 5 Tells me the device is off when I know its on or vice versa Doesnt give accurate battery level readings Needs a lot of improvement to be of use     Inaccurate Not precise fee should be waived

The GreatCall app does seem to work However it is cumbersome to access timely location information It will only provide delayed routine GPS locations I have not experienced an emergency alert and attempted to locate Just crossing my fingers that alert will be timely and accurate Access to the routine GPS location updates needs to be much quicker and easier Just glad my 90 year old mother isnt trying this           Needs Easier Interface

Good service and excellent app for monitoring the parent when I am away I am worried about the battery that keeps showing half a charge when it has charged for nearly week solid without being taken off the charger we shall see              So far so good

I had been researching different options for a safety device for my mother and Im so glad I gave this service a try I love the app for my smartphone It makes me feel much better to be able to monitor my mothers activities and he device so I know she is out and about but also safe while doing it                 Great to have

I got the jitterbug5 for my mother in law phone works great but this app is still not working properly It cant locate her or says shes out and about which she is not Trying to have great call fix this glitch        Not working

I want to love this app but its not making sense How can it say Im out and about while device is charging Maybe I dont understand how to use I dont like delay is saying where I am Wish app would update every few minutes not every 30 minutes I am trying to pick this device or Phillips           Needs better accurate updates

Have been using this app for about two months and so far its functioned as I expected              Good App

We have received great customer support The wait time to speak with a representative has been very reasonable The support team has always been patient and helpful answering my questions I especially like the fact this product is waterproof and durable                 Great Call

For something this important the app gives false readings on battery life and onoff line It also indicates my Mom is Out and About often miles away when she hasnt moved outside her very small house In addition it indicates she hasnt used the fob for several days as if thats a bad thing When we press the button the app ultimately wakes up but it is unnerving We will have to look for more secure solutions     Inconsistent

We got this for my mom because she lives alone It gives my brother and I more peace of mind              So far so good

I purchased this for my mom So far on her end its been good But the app isnt so great Each time there is an update I cant use the app for a couple of days I live about 1400 miles from her I need this app to work so I can make sure shes ok without calling her multiple times a day           Not Happy

I purchased this for my mom recently after pricing virtually every system on the market I also work in the in home security industry and this is better than what was available on the market at the time My main reason for purchasing this was the GPS feature that would follow my mom anywhere Also with the ultimate pkg I and my siblings can be updated as to Her whereabouts have the automatic fall detected feature and on call medical staff One of the downfalls of this product is it is a bit large But it is an all in one product and my mom doesnt have to remember to take a second piece with her when she leaves the house A fact that I have noticed in the clients I work with on my job they forget to take the communicator portion with them when they leave the house I highly recommend this product over any system currently available                 Finally a Life alert system that makes sense

Love this medical alert system After researching all the others this one seemed the best fit for my aunt It is GPS so she can be found anywhere I can check on her at anytime and the unit notifies me when she leaves and returns home It also gives a review of her week and lets me know if she is wearing the alert necklace I would recommend this to others                 Great device

This app is very slick but the performance is disappointing The location is inaccurate and the updates on where my mother is are too It has her out and about when she is home so I cant trust anything about it           Disappointing

After a great deal of research I selected this device for my mom who lives with me and is home alone during my long shifts at work while ironically I take care of everyone elses mom I love that this app lets me check in on her make sure shes wearing the device and see if shes been up around without having to call several times a day Also great for updating her meds and just the peace of knowing that if she should fall and not be able to speak help will still come She wont face lying on the floor for hours until I got home Worth every penny                 As RN will be recommending to my patients

As an 80 yearold who is diabetic has a dying kidney and has vascular troubles and am living alone with no family nearby having Great Call is a blessing I am using the Link so that my son knows when Im out and when at home I take the Splash device everywhere I go even the shower Full protection for a few cents a day I highly recommend its use for we elderly                 Great Call Splash
