I actually used your app this week at a Major Conference In a days work I had about 150 leads in there for quite a bit of high end business Review my leads that night and my campaign stated contacts where in sync mode allowing the user no access to the leads just a number stating how many where syncing After waiting a few hours and not messing with it I contacted your 247 tech support via online and spoke to a representative who didnt have a clue his exact words how to answer my questions on why I had no access to my contacts generated what sync mode was etc The end result was I lost all leadscontacts and lost a whole days worth of work and a lots of money from the lost leads I understand technology has issues but when you have a representative that does not have a clue or any solution whatsoever that not expectable and horrible business Luckily I found another great Apps form platform that performs as promised and worked excellent the rest of the week Would not recommend this App to anyone do to the same result happening to them     Horrible

Im a fairly new user too GetResponse and this app What it does it does well to poorly But it leaves a lot to be desired Like it stinks at synching updates to changes done initially on GetResponses website The support for the app is seriously lacking too With that said GetResponse used via there site is a lot better This app doesnt do them justice Bottom line its okay at best           I appreciate it but
