This app has various work outs for cardio interval strengthening to boost metabolism and core It has a way to set goals and check off your activities so you can see progress Tracks weight and abdominal measurement The first cardio i tried had you alternate recovery pace with more vigorous pace and it sounded the chime to signal the change Well worth the 400 The only thing I think its missing is a stretching goal tracker So important to stretch Great app
