Fit is your weightlifting logbook and automated calculator. It is the easiest way to keep track of your progress as you do your workout each day. To begin, select a lift or build your own ...
I ve been using workout tracking apps since I got my iPhone 3G 6 years ago and this is easily my favorite It is easy to use can be coordinated with multiple people and isn t bloated with social features illustrations or a bunch of features that only get in the way I m looking at you JeFit This strikes the right balance for me between being featureful and quick to use I hate fumbling with my phone after a hard set and this app keeps interactions to a minimum                     THE Workout App FuzzyPhuz
The customization is lacking Can t build in a program Not worth it     Not customizable MikeDa
Exactly what I have been looking for Easy to use interface Very straight forward I like the watch integration The developer is very responsive and will to work with you to get the features you re interested in                     Just Right Weight Dropper
I use this with the apple watch with a playlist and wireless headphones Its a great easy way to keep track of work outs without having to have your phone on you Syncs well and keeps track of sets reps weight Recommend this app                     Great app ACamus4104
This app is very configurable However it would be helpful for the developers to add the ability for a user to edit the time that the exercises took place During a high intensity workout such as crossfit it is impossible to log each exercise as you do them It isn t a crisis unless you forget to start the app until you re done In which case you can log the exercises and reps but you can not enter the time that you did it and have it recognize that your heart rate was elevated by checking the HR log for that time period My Fitbit software would let me do that                 Pretty good app Detectivewebb
Great for organizing keeping and staying up to date with your weight lifting routines and progress p                 Love it Icy89cool
The right app for serious bodybuilders                     Great Omni Master
Light weight and simple interface Customizable exercises and routines Developer always pushing updates to keep things working                     Simple and easy to use mister balloonhands
Good app just need to wear watch while workout and track                     Good fitness veer77
This is the best app to use if you want to lift while leaving your phone in your locker and just bringing along your watch                     Best lifting watch app aaroncorsi
Immediately crashes every time I try to open it on my Apple Watch It works on my phone just fine but it s a pain to have to input everything on there when I shouldn t have to         Crashes One sad girl in Chicago
Welp I find this app works as advertised I use this primarily so I could leave my phone in the locker at the gym while I use the watch to log everything Plus dude keeps updating and it s getting better                     As advertised cjcoffman
Not perfect but the best I have found yet Would be nice to see a countdown between sets on the Watch                 Not perfect but the best so far Deepsky3539
The app is good for the most part However it doesn t seem to track calories properly And doesn t sync with the apple watches activity app             Overall not bad nols44
I really like it but it won t let you update reps or weight amount on the iwatch App works awesome on phone but it would be awesome if it worked well on watch             Would give it a 5 but Claudia55
Except for a few weird refresh and crash bugs which it gracefully recovers from this app is amazing I use it exclusively on my Apple Watch I love how it tacks as a native style without in Apple Health I love how it tracks my HR for circuit training I love how it tracks my lifts and shows me trends on the watch so I can push to my next goal I love how I can keep my phone in my pocket And the developer has been responsive to requests Love it                     Amazing NeedApple
Easy to use Good timer                 Easy to use Nickkay39
You didn t let me end my workout without forcing me to first leave a review so my last workout isn t logged Not cool guys                 Dope app except BrandonEps
Worked ok for a few weeks then locked me out Can t finish workouts Cloud feature doesn t seem to work             Stops after a few weeks Mario.jr.137
This weight lifting tracker is the simplest and most useful I have tried It also has the best apple watch app so workouts can be tracked without picking up my phone every set                     Simple and useful Dangerusty
Clean simple interface and easy to use Watch UI is great since watchOS 2 update allowing you to select weight reps using the digital crown Great developer too responsive to support inquiries and feature requests                 Great app mister balloonhands
The app is easy to use for tracking your weightlifting results and goals I particularly like that you can add additional lifts as exercises which I needed to do for the Olympic Lifts The watch UI is clean and easy to use as well Made it quite simple to put my phone down do my lifts and track my progress right from the watch The only problem per se was that on the watch you sometimes had to close the app i e go back to the clock and reopen it to get it to register my hard press which is how you add another set to the tracker Minor detail and doesn t happen every time All in all great weightlifting tracking app                 Very solid weightlifting app Ouray Craig
There seem to be a lot of stat gathering incorporated into this app but the UI is so frustrating and bordering on unusable Screens like Workout Rotation has almost zero description of what it does and the little bit of text that is displayed is cut off with just an ellipsis at the end There s no instructions on how to perform actions no text labels on any of the buttons no explanation of anything I ve only logged three exercises with the app and it s been a struggle each time to remember what button does what what information that looks like it can be tapped on and manipulated can t etc I hope the developer utilizes the 2 bucks he s collecting per download and puts it toward investing time in making the user interface more easily understood As it stands I couldn t recommend this app to anyone I know         Frustrating wxcore
Great weightlifting app for Apple Watch Love the controls Records HR while working out selecting weight and reps is easy Just a great experience Metrics in the iPhone app are great as well                     Fit Weightlifting gppittjk
Crashes everytime I try to add weight Cant even use at this point This on watch os2     Super buggy on watch Jedi 84
I ve used several weightlifting apps before and decided to give Fit Weightlifting a try after getting an Apple Watch After using it for a a few weeks I ve found that the watch app is quite frustrating but could possibly improve with when watchOS2 is released First the great The killer feature of this app is the calorie estimates Using your heartrate descriptive elements of excercises and your age weight height the app will calculate the calories burned for your workout Heartrate information comes from the phone s camera Apple Watch or 3rd party heartrate sensors The app also integrates with healthKit which I really like The good The phone app is easy to use Entering sets adding exercises creating and scheduling workouts is quick and easy I like that it has a timer for rest periods between sets The app provides good metrics so that you can track progress such as 1 rep max hightest weight etc The bad Entering sets on the watch app is a frustrating experience especially the first time you enter set information for an exercise The interface for entering weight and reps shows up down arrows for incrementing the weight and reps Weight is incremented by 5 and reps by 1 The interface can be slow and laggy and entering an initial set of say 220 lbs can seem interminible This does get better for subsequent workouts as the watch app will carry over weight reps from the corresponding set of a previous workout making incrementing up by a few pounds much quicker The app also doesn t provide a way for you to edit previously entered set information so if you find that you ve made an incorrect entry you have to delete the set and re enter it which could possibly throw off you carloric estimates I ve also found that the picker method of entering set information as well as the phone method of measuring heartrate to be buggy and unsable This may be due to my use of a 3rd party keyboard but I m not entirely sure Also the app lets you add exercises to a workout on the fly but it does not allow you to delete on the fly This can be frrustrating because I d like the ablility switch up my workout if a machine is already in use Finally there seems to be no communication between the watch app and the phone app while a workout is in progress If I enter a set on my phone it does not get pushed to the watch and vice versa If I add a workout on the fly on the phone app this too is not pushed to the watch I was hoping that this app would allow me to track my workout soley using my Apple Watch without needing to take my phone out of my pocket I d love to be able to use the digital crown to increment decrement weight and rep information The timer on the watch is a great feature but I wish it provided some haptic feedback when the timer was up Instead I must keep checking the watch so that I ll know when the timer has completed These might be just limitations of the current version of watchOS so hoepfully they will be included in future updates             Decent iPhone app frustrating Apple Watch app VinnieTheGuy
This app is definitely a pass Not too many workout options only about 20 selections Not very useful on the Apple watch since I have to access the regular app anyway     Look elsewhere dmonkey44
I use this app daily to track my workouts and calculate my rep maxes Highly recommend The only thing I wish I could do is program the number of reps and sets per exercise                     Awesome tracker Garrett's Wiener
I ve been looking for a good lift tracking app for a while but this isn t quite it There are some odd bugs on my iPhone 6 where ui elements appear in odd places More importantly it doesn t fit the way that I work out It s hard to see what s coming up or to see an entire workout at a glance Additionally my schedule is a two week rotation ICS which has an A and a B workout I would say that this app has some potential but it s just a little too unrefined and a little too light on features that I need to be useful             Not bad but buggy and not super convenient DrieStone

The new versions keep getting better Heres my old review which still stands I have searched the app store for a while to find a good weightlifting tracker that fits my needs This is definitely it I like that Fit calculates calories has a builtin heart rate monitor allows you to add custom lifts and workouts and calculates volume and other statistics over time The interface is intuitive and easy to use It is so easy to use that it works in the weight room without slowing me down in between sets A little more instruction would be helpful on how to enter lifts for accurate calorie calculations For example one problem I had was with dumbbell lifts If youre entering a dumbbell lift do you enter it twice once for each arm or do you enter the sum total of each arm once It works seamlessly with my heart rate monitor Scoche RYTHM armband                 Flexible and easy to use
I use this app daily to track my workouts and calculate my rep maxes Highly recommend The only thing I wish I could do is program the number of reps and sets per exercise                 Awesome tracker
