as others have commented current balance is increased in real time but transactions don t appear for 24 48 hrs after they ve occurred Very confusing problem with both the app and website First Bankcard is the only one of my banks credit cards that doesn t show pending transactions as soon as they occur please update your app website programming Ok BUT Fizzicyst

Not really sure when siting in after trying to set up shows message to go to full site Very confusing I m trying to set up for payment and doesn t go any further than that And when calling to ask what to do rep say she s not computer savvy definitely not a comforting feeling when this was the only other option and then to be told a supervisor would get back to me in 48hrs prior to me calling I marked one star due to the initial set up of the app I ve reviewed others and looks as if the site has crashed as well on the 17th of last month Glad I m ahead a month in setting this up and hope it gets resolved asap because the only other way to submit payment is by phone and of course there is a hefty charge for that Not a very good way to start a business relations App set up Smartens00
Being able to see a list of my pending transactions in the app and on the site would be great You re also not able to schedule future payments if you already have a payment scheduled for the same or another date I have several other credit cards that allow me to do this so I assumed it was modern day practice Ahdawnis

The people giving this app a 1 star rating havent figured out that you just need to select the account you want to view to see the transaction history Its all there purchases and payments It is designed to support more then one account Decent quick reference
For over 4 months both the app website dont let you login check your accountnothing Horrible Avoid at all cost The absolute worst app
With the iOS 7 update the app no longer works It keeps telling me the device has already connected to the server I called their support and she acted like she had never heard the issue but now looking at the other reviews its common for everyone Makes it a little hard to pay the bill when you cant log on to your account No longer works
It will let you look at your transactions but doesnt use Touch ID requiring entering a password every time I dont think that really encourages the use of very strong passwords Adequate but not spectacular

I am not sure why everyone is rating this app so low I can see all my transactions just fine Just go to transaction history and then click on your card information and the transactions show up It is so much easier than going to their website I needed this app

As others have said the app is pretty bare bones Not sure why I wouldnt just log in via browser on smartphone Under Preferences plural there is only one singular optionchoosing a time zone Bare bones Needs work
As other reviews have said this app doesnt do much more than let you make a payment and see your balance You cant see the minimum payment sign up for alerts I kept getting a message stating I need to select a device even though I had and checking different device combinations didnt help at all The only reason I downloaded this app is because the site was down Very disappointing This app definitely needs a do over Needs a Lot of Improvement

This app wont show you transactions You can only pay your bill on this app Its confusing bc you cant see what your minimum payment is until you do a few things Its so confusing I cant even explain it on here If you need help and you click on the help button its says you have to call them No one has an hour to wait on hold Also I never got a conformation number so I have no idea if my payment went through Ill have to check in a few days This app really needs to be updated I dont think I will use it again until it is Or Ill just delete it and go back to the old fashion way and pay it online Terrible
