This app does not seem to accept the same password I use to login online I ve gone through the process of changing the password but it will not accept my new one even though I ve followed their very limited password instructions I ve tried a very complex alphanumeric with special characters without special characters and only numbers I ve tried different length passwords between 8 and 20 characters long Nothing works Not sure why I need a different password from their website but this app is frustratingly useless     Won t Accept Password Torrasque74

I love the update and new look I love the Touch ID and ease of using this app But I would really love to see the next payment due for my credit card be brought back It was so helpful to have the balance and next due date right there on the home screen With that added back it would be perfect Thank you                 Almost perfect jojod612

I m glad Touch ID support was finally added it makes logging in much less time consuming The font is still a bit off for the 6S but it s much better than before                     Much better Keeg177

Good app But no support for the bigger screens on iPhone 6 and 6 Would be a 5 star review if it wasn t for that and Touch ID login would be nice Like the Discover app does Update Now we are to iOS 9 and there is still no optimization for 6 or 6 screens And there should be a deposit check through image option in the app too Also where is Apple Pay They ve claimed they are working on supporting it since it was available Still nothing Great CU but they need some work in the tech industry         Good But needs to be optimized for iPhone 6 Ethan Everett Oliver

I was so happy Financial Plus finally had a mobile app However when I sign it it asked me a series of verification questions and that s about it It keeps asking me the same ones over and over and over But never logs me on Please fix this I can go to the location on the bottom of the mobile app and log on though Kind of frustrated I cannot log on using the mobile log on     Verification over and over and over again Lena03l

I m really happy to see Financial Plus get an app It gets the job done but it would be nice to see some changes If you switch to another app and switch back it requires you to log in again When doing bills on my phone this requires me to log in several times and I m better off using the website This brings me to my next problem which is it doesn t save log in info at all Most apps you can save your user name but not the password or you can save the login but you have to re enter the password every 30 days My last thing is it s not optimized for iOS 7 and uses the old keyboard Overall it works good it just needs some changes             Decent app johnwhitesideii

Considering I had to log into their website on safari before I was really happy to them offer an app Haven t noticed anything bug wise and my only minor complaint is the color scheme and not having an option to save your account info for faster logging in Other than that the app does everything you need as far as checking balances transferring money and paying bills Great debut app and definitely easy to use and convenient                     Very happy FPCU finally has an app Bab99047
