FHB Mobile Banking

I can login fine on the web but it wont let me login to the appuseless     Useless

Despite being a basic weak I used this app all the time NOW IT WONT WORK AT ALL LAME Guess its time to book mark the website you the awkward browser to check my accounts     Broken how lame

UPDATE ITS A PERFECT APP AND WORKS GREAT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE GIVEN A BAD REVIEW PLEASE READ EITHER BELOW OR BETTER YET READ DIRECTIONS WHEN LOGGING INTO THIS APP Then have the class to admit your mistKe and fix your star rating once you realize YOU were the problem not the app It works great for me and its so easy to use I can make quick transfers or pay bills to my payee list on the fly etc I read the review and was a bit concerned to see so many people having the same problem logging in and getting an error when putting the pass code in Those people Im guessing are like meover 40 years old Practically the day after I turned 40 I couldnt see small print up close any more lol I got the same error and then I noticed it was not asking for my pass code but instead a security question about the month my dad was born Answered it then my pass code and never had a problem since I think the glitch is not with the app                 I love it I think I know what the error MSG some people are getting is

Many people who will be using the Location feature will probably already know where the closest FHB branch will be The HOURS need to be included with the information of each branch The distance to a branch from ones location is less important        Location Feature Missing Important Info

I dont know what it is But this app wont recognize my password I can login thru the web based version of FHB but this app is useless     App is totally useless

About 23 of the time it returns a system error when trying to login Its been months now since we were told it would be fixed     Fix the system error please

This app needs to be updated with touch ID or some EZ login FHB please upgrade your ios app AND website with an easier login processs like most other major banks now days           It needs EZ login

Not good needs more work Followed all the instructions deposit could not be confirmed since I was unable to click the Continue button only choice was the cancel button Called 24 hr number customer service rep tried to help Asked me to call fhbonline during office hours Called this morning Spoke to staff who could not resolve my problem after trying to do my mobile deposit again Faster to drive to the branch to make the deposit rather than trying to use an app which is supposed to make it more convenient for customers vs becoming frustrated trying to use it App needs to be improved and tested before making it available to customers     Mobile Deposit

After reading some of the reviews on depositing a check I hesitated but decided to try it and find out for myself Well the instructions were easy to follow had no problem in taking a picture of the frontback of the check The system said that I was successful in depositing the check but I couldnt confirm it for myself when I looked at the account the check was to be deposited into Waited a day and found the transaction listed The only thing I could wish for is to see it in process when checking the account deposited to              FHB Mobile Deposit

Constantly crashes mobile deposit never works FHB should have tested this Terrible mobile service     Does not work

Others seem to be having troubles with this app I use it strictly for mobile banking and it works great Down load it now                 Awesome

First no landscape mode which makes no sense second it should show my account statement and entire account activity just like website Also needs Ability to scroll back several months just like the website also you need to get Apple pay     needs a lot of work

Its constantly saying Data Network is busy or unavailable try again later Its not my Data Network because Ive never had this issue with any other of my 100 apps except this one The option to type in landscape mode would also be nice     Needs HUGE improvement

This app does NOT allow the camera to squeeze in the check in the small box provided on screen As a result I am getting the message that the check cannot be verified Can you do something about this I was so excited that FHB had this ability only to find out that it does not work very well           Scan checks does NOT work with iPad

When this is up and running a great app However I would say I receive a system error about 60 of the time when trying to use it Today I tried to login for the 5th time in the last three days No success Needs lots of work        Hardly ever works

Aloha surprised they actually released something like this Im sure theyll work out the kinks but they can take a play from apps like Chase and USAA and offer online deposit check scanning and transfer funds between different back accounts that arent FHB Mahalo           Finally da kine

The mobile deposit on this app was working but recently it has been crashing every time I try to take a picture of my checks to deposit I tried at least 7 times before finally giving up It is frustrating Hope they fix this app has been working to transfer funds between accounts as well as check balances        Mobile Deposits

Mobile deposit used to work Now I get a message saying mobile deposit error Its been like that for about a month App is terrible now     Used To Work

First time to use the mobile deposit Great idea but app doesnt allow me to do the deposit I do everything that one is supposed to do and when I hit confirm I get an error message that I exceeded the business day amount Hmmmwhat does that mean I guess my paycheck is too BIG to deposit Please fix        Does not work

FHB needs to get with the program and get check scan deposits added If American Savings Bank and PayPal can do it so can a bank as big as FHB           Bring Check Scanning

This is very basic mobile banking app Need to add push notifications I doubt FHB will be able put this in the app unless they overhaul the alerts from their web site those alerts are meaningless        Very basic app

If I could give this app negative stars I would Interface is not user friendly and password page routinely crashes Packing up the kids and driving down to the atm to check my balance is MORE CONVENIENT than trying to use this terrible app     Worst banking app ever

I used to love this app because it was so easy to keep track of my spending on my credit card because this app used to display how much you spent but with this recent update it appears to no longer do that My credit card account now reads unavailable I dont even know if Im still going to be able to pay for my credit card bill through a transfer on this app anymore which is really unfortunate for me because I just moved to California and I already ran into a problem with my bill taking too long in the mail a couple of times and I just dont like that my payment could either take too long to get to its destination or get lost in the mail Thats potentially another problem I get to deal with now because of this update I think the new upgrade was actually a downgrade I dont like it     HARDER TO KEEP TRACK OF SPENDING

I usually dont review but this app is just awful AWFUL     Most annoying app

Why is there no way to search for ATMs and branch locations with a map Seems like the most basic obvious thing to have a Locations tab on an app like this Just goes to show how little FHB is in touch with the actual real world     No map

Only 2 changes I suggest 1 show in process while waiting mobile deposit to clear 2 show amount due on loansLOCs Other than that I love it Had it for less than a week and had two successful mobile deposits saves me a trip to the bank                 Love it

used to could as i say and totally useless other mobile banking apps such as the defunct Bank of America app is light years beyond this slow unresponsive confusing hard to even log insign in ridiculous horrible n shouldnt be on the list as mobile app banking tool As a long time customer of FHB i say get it together you network hacks at FHB The establishment i remained loyal to after so many years has finally disappointed me by presenting a tool that none of us plank owners can use so why even try     2nd Negative

Very easy to use and secure It helped a lot when traveling through the US Was able to track my expenses and transfer money with no hassle Its a must have if your a FHB customer                 Love It

The apps fine when checking activities and balance but when it comes to Mobile Deposit there should be some sort of camera stabilization Maybe its just me but every time I try to take a pic of the front and back it ends up blurry no matter how steady my hands were Despite that app works just fine           Decent

Ive been trying to use the First Hawaiian app for several months now to make deposits of small checks The app works to take photos of the front and back of checks but thats normally as far as it goes Repeated error messages appear after that point and this situation has not improved over time A deposit will occasionally go through but it takes so many tries Im better off driving to the bank     Not yet functional

This application is great when it is working When it doesnt most of the time its near useless I try to use the mobile deposit feature but when i attempt to cash in my check I get a mobile deposit evaluation error        Mobile deposit evaluation error
