The tracking information shown is incomplete it show most of it but is cut and cant be expanded It looks like no real attention to detail was taken in consideration after the final version was offered to customers Tracking Incomplete info shown

Even when tracking on a larger phone iPhone 6 Plus the results are truncated including the tracking number itself You can see your package left or arrived somewhere at a certain time but the location is cut off it might say it left a Fedex Post but you cant see where that Fedex Post is Since the point of tracking is location its almost pointless Poor design

When is FedEx going to fix this app Its been broken and useless for five months I cant even login What Garbage

How in the world am I supposed to signin It has me as a Guest and no apparent way to logon to my Fedex Manager account Useless to me unless I can logon and have my shipments tracked this way FedEx Manager

If I have an account with address listed then why doesnt this app predict push notify me tracking information for that address Like UPS app But I guess for tracking a known known this App is acceptable although tedious to have to manually enter tracking numbers The UPS app is simply openrefresh and youre done Confused

Used to stayed logged in and could track any of my shipments without entering tracking numbers Was one of my favorite and most useful apps that I showed to everyone Now when I go to tracking which requires more screens to go through it thinks Im a guest and there is no place to sign in Very frustrating and pretty much useless Mot recommending now Used to be useful

App does not show full tracking numbers Thats not good for when you have a delivery exception and cant find where the shipment is You need full tracking numbers Possibility of frustration

Please add an advanced search option like you have with the desktop application It would be really useful when searching for a shipment using a reference number or even by a particular city instead of having to open up every tracking number to see if it is the one I am looking for Also you cannot see the whole tracking number from the main view nor when you click on a specific tracking number to view the detailed information Need to make the whole number visible Need a search option

I am giving this a two star because when I try to track a package the tracking status screen doesnt show correctly on the iPad version however the iPhone version works better and has lesser problems This app needs to be updated more often The App doesnt work well on the iPad

Not sure what they were thinking when they created this useless app It does absolutely nothing other than telling you a shipment is on its way I can figure that out by just clicking on my phone Useless app

The app has a lot of potential and it works as advertised however the reason I gave the app 3 stars is because there is no support for the iPhone 6 Plus the app looks horrible on my phone please update ASAP iPhone 6 Plus Support

It is a nice app but it crashes every time you enter a tracking number Good app but

Wow If I could give this zero stars I would Has multiple problems with screen refresh placement and the tapping of a shipment to read details of shipment Portrait mode is somewhat better but not as usable The iPhone version version is much better Using Safari iPad version to access the FedEx website does a much better jobs so why do I even want the iPad app in its current iteration Needs a complete overall Horrible in landscape mode

A true joy to use Great App

I have this app on my iPad and it logs me in as a guest I created an account and did everything recommended but it still shows me as a guest and will not pull my fedexcom tracking info I called for support was transferred four times and eventually hung up on by customer service This app will only cause you frustration because it wont work DO NOT USE THIS APP

This is totally useless until one stumbles into the portrait mode trick Then it advances to being somewhat less useful than the FedEx website I guess Ill try it again in 6 months and see if its useful then Makes me wish that everyone used UPS

Good luck trying to use the find location feature I tested it while parked in an area within 3 of their drop boxes and it still could not find them And thats with allowing the app to use my location Useless

I would have given this 5 stars but for the trouble I had getting it to work in the first place I like using landscape mode on my iPad and could never get the app to allow me to enter my login id until I turned the iPad into Portrait mode than then It Worked I have full agreement with all of the bad reviews for this app trouble getting it to allow for anything other then Guest etc Portrait Mode worked for me Portrait Mode on the iPad
