Years ago there were some problems with the app running on iOS7 0 but the developers had informed us that iOS 7 0 itself had a bug and that even Apple s Find My Friends app was not working right Since we upgraded to newer iOS the app works great I can track my boyfriend when he s riding his bike across the state and I always know where he is I love the app                     Love the app chantalandmiguel

The app works great we can track any phone we want wether they re Apple or Android My wife our daughters and myself all share the same iTunes account so I only had to buy the app once and it works on all of our phones and we can track whoever we want as long as they are running the app on their phones                     Thumbs up from us SpeedSkydiver

The makers of this app should give a more realistic description of what this app does For me the gps ONLY worked when I would send an alert to the other person Otherwise the notification would tell me that the last update woul be from as much as 16 hours ago What good is that information If that person is busy or their phone is off and they don t receive the alert then it s pointless As well the gps would show me the person was in a bayou or at the hospital I swear I m not making this up I actually had to call to make sure they were okay On the customer service side they were very prompt in responding to my concerns about the performance I repeatedly checked all of my settings on our phones to make sure they were set correctly but it never worked In the end this app is inaccurately described and a waste of money Life 360 is free and reportedly works better so I m switching to that         Good idea but poor performance KLiney25

I have tried all the family trackers I would rate this 2 Although it is supposed to be running in the background when i check my son s current position the information is usually several hours to days old Needless to say I don t need to know where my son was yesterday It helps that I can ping him fir an immediate location but he can always say he had his phone off didn t hear the ping etc I have found the app that s most reliable is life360             Location rarely current drdancabot

I dont know why this app has so many bad reviews it has always worked well for me The positions are sometimes late ie 4pm I will check location and it will only tell me where he was at 2pm I then ping for the update but if the other person chooses not to allow it will nit update position The 5 0 upgrade is excellent but still seems to have this problem                     Works well for me REAL reviewer, not a hater
