I downloaded this app first a few years ago it has worked great for me and when I had a minor issue with something I emailed and a gentlemen responded and had my issue immediately fixed This is the best app to track your finances They are prompt to issue updates and are open to improving the app I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP                 The best app to track your finances

Bring back normal grouping of accounts let app just summaries the accounts numbers And stop doing any updates you ruins all my accounts     Grouping recent update

Best app of its kind Super fast customer support response I lost my data due to a faulty backup so I emailed customer support at 4am and they replied within the hour I sent them my backup file they fixed the errors then sent back to me to restore Then I had all my data back Thanks Alan                 Awesome App

Have been using this for 3 years With yesterdays update which was like the 3rd one in a week I lost all my data Very upset and very unhappy     Lost all my data after latest update

Cool app easy input and quick view however every other update is buggy And with every update bug fix comes 2 more new bugs Look for another app if you want stability           Good but some issues

Just I what I was looking for Youre not planning your retirement from your pocket just tracking your spending PERFECT great new ios7 looking interface pie charts and lets you go as deep as you want into sub catagories if you want to get into the details At a glance you can see what you spend on food and car but then flick to the screen to the right and youre seeing what you spent on gas versus oilchange and takeout vs Starbucks Fantastic The Dropbox backup is wonderful and quick Attaching photos of items and receipts is a great touch Thanks                 Love the 50 redesign

I have been using this app religiously every day since December 2010 It keeps me in line for my financial goals and is very easy to use The developer is always making updates which is important and appreciated I recommend this app to anyone who is on a budget or with financial goals such as early retirement                 Very beneficial tool

Ive been using this app for years and I love it Im real disappointed that it does not work on iOS 8 It just says restore from iCloud I cant get in the app whatsoever Will put 5 stars when it works again           Does not work on iOS 8

I got this as a free app first I believe in 2010then I upgraded and purchased it I also paid to sync to Dropbox When I couldnt sync I wrote to the developer I got a response immediately With assistance on how to correct what I was doing wrongIve had phones crash Ive bought new phones Ive been through 6 phones and I still have all the original info I added to the app I dont even have stuff I put in the cloud from 2010 but I have every entry Ive ever put in this app every time I sync it to a new deviceI dont care how many apps like this come out Ill stick with this one I dont write a lot of reviews because I think we expect apps to be terrible but this one is worth every penny                 Best app of its kind

I absolutely loved this app for about 3 years However in late 2014 I believe after updating the software all of my accounts were way offin 2 cases by over 100000 I couldnt make sense of it and I was very unfortunately unable to restore the data I emailed the vendor and he offered to review my information to correct the problemIm not sure if he was fishing for my financial data for unethical reasons but regardless I was not about to take him up on it I have been using a different app but in the meantime I had assumed I could recover previous data using Dropbox WRONG The files are dat and I have tried 5 different free and purchased Mac Apps to read them and recover my data Nothing works So now I get to choose to pay a tech expert to figure it out or go through my entire 2014 bank records with a finetooth comb to recategorize everything Do not assume your data is recoverable with this app     A Total Mess

The Touch ID dont work anymore after recent update and it wont let me enter my passcode     Touch ID dont work

I have used this app for almost 4 years now From the start it has always been so simple to use which is what attracted me to it Over the 4 years I have used the app there have been continuous updates and improvements and it is now at a stage where I could not manage my finances without it Today I had a issue which corrupted my data file I emailed the developer and In less that 1 hour on a Sunday morning he wrote me back and worked with me to restore all the data I have never experienced such unbelievable customer service I am going to buy all their other apps now just to say thank you                 Unbelievable Customer Service

One of the underrated finance app out there Been using this for 2years The latest update to version 5 drastically improved the UI and efficiency for logging money Definitely recommended and worth the price              Underrated App

Keeps track of my income and expenses in a really straightforward way I tried iSpending also and prefer this one Occasional small bugs but nothing really annoying I like that I can backup via email This company also makes the app Spending 2 which is very similar but allows the use of budgets and multiple projects like vacation or different budgets This one is more straightforward and I prefer the interface                 Works great

I like this little app I just wish that you could select a default category rather than having to manually look for it every time I really dont care to itemize my expenses I just want to keep track of my balance Other the that I like the app and having had any issues with bugs I also like the feature of being able to add an income or expense without unlocking the app              Nice little app but could be a bit better

Fantastic app regular stable updates Ive been using Spending for 4 years to manage my personal and business finances It rocks I run a one man business in multiple countries and currencies I originally chose it because it has super fast incomeexpense recording I can enter the entire transaction while the cashier is getting my change Ive stayed with it because all the features I need are there and are simple to use Multiple currencies multiple accounts automatic backups and data exports easily to CSV files for advanced spreadsheet usage It even makes my taxes simple I just created categories for all 1040 business expenses categories and I grab the totals at the end if the year type them into turbo tax Takes only a few minutes I also impressed by the regular updates The app keeps getting better incrementally without breaking prior functions Excellent                 Use daily for personal and business

Really great work on the latest version My one and only gripe is that their is no more preview page that shows all the accounts and current balances on one page I realize I can toggle back and forth but the preview page was incredibly handy for my budgeting style Great work on the new graphs and vendor section              Lovehate the new update

I have been using this program for quite a while now and it really serves its purpose I mostly use it for tracking daily allowances on my expense report and the expenditures that affect that balance I get notificatiion before my monies are deposited into my account but when I enter a future date entry Spending does not show the entry until the date entered as a future date For instance I might get to be deposited into my account 5 days from now but if I enter it in Spending I dont see it until 5 days from now I need to be able to apply expenses to those funds so I need to see my running balance at all times even if it affects future monies              Nice but

Ive used this app for the past five years and it has really made my financial life easier I use it every day to record expensesincome and its easy to print to a spreadsheet at the end of the year to give to my tax accountant The times Ive needed help with new features after updates Ive emailed support and gotten instantaneous responses It works perfectly for my needs The latest update for iPhone 6 makes everything even clearer and easier Definitely recommend this app                 Great app prompt service

A great update what Ive been waiting for but still buggy At times Ill touch an icon and nothing will happen meaning its frozen Shutting it down wont work because its still frozen but eventually it unfreezes itself and you can use it I dont know if this is a memory issue too bad bc its still the best budget app Ive used           Still the best but

Ive been using this app for years and I love it but i dont like some things about the new update 1 Every time you tap on the week day month etc the first thing you see on top is a graphic if I wanna see graphics Id like to use the reports option and not see graphics all the time 2 Too many bugs its crashing all the time As the title says if is not broken dont fix it the old versions were excellent simple and useful I have to say I still trust on This app and I know it will be the best app again very soon also the customer service is excellent           If its not broken dont fix it

I travel frequently work in different currencies and have to track costs in various ways for multiple projects This app is fantastic I am using it in a 4S with virtually no complaints The only time it fails to work is when I fail to enter my data Highly recommend              Extremely useful

USER SINCE JULY 2011 This is the best expense tracking app I have used thus far I have spend countless hours on other expense apps I have purchased most all of the top rated expense type apps avail just to give them a full test This is by far the best for mehere is why 1 Absolutely the easiestfastest in data entry 2 Everything is customizable and rearrangeable 3 The ability to search everythingfor example type in oil change and every oil change is pulled up type in a customers first name and see every transaction you have made with them 4 The whole navigation is fast fast fast Every part of using this app is instant every categoryfield when touched instantly works No slow lagging behind to SYNC with a bunch of financial institutions 5 Export to Dropbox 6 ability to do fancy stuff like add pics voice etc 7 The button layout is extremely intuitive being able to instantly switch view from month to week to year 8 This app is simply EFFECTIVE INTUITIVE and INSTANTLY USEABLE The only reason maybe not to use this app would be if you have secretary who you need to keep busy with busy work then buy another app that is super fancy slow awkward and cumbersome Im sure I left something out and there are always little piddly things that arent perfect oh well Update Sept 2013 still an incredible app You people need to sit down and think about the features that make a difference On an iPhone 5 now works just as awesome as on my iPhone 4 This app is the most useable finance app out there Syncing with a bunch of third party financial institutions is stupid This app is also incredible for any SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS needing to track income and expenses I dont enter in anything unless it is something I want to track or it is business related I do not care about balancing anything I am more so interested in tracking and recording my financial data privately July 2015 on iPhone 6 This app is still King I hope it stay the way it is I see a couple other versions by the same Dev This app is not to balance a checkbook and sync with all your account online The is personal finance database ultra fast ultra reliable I dont have tim to fully explain how great this app is                 Small business owneroperator and regular person

Very simple and easy to use Being able to create your own categories makes it really easy to keep track of all your small individual expenses The bar graph and pie chart also make it really easy to get a quick glance of your expenses for the month week or year This has been a great little app and would recommend it to anyone who wants a simple and efficient way to keep track of their spending                 Great

Wherever I tap on the Spending app after I open it change date change price etc the screen goes black and back to home screen on iPhone It needs an update to stop this     Needs an update
