Read the metadata in your pictures. Works on iOS 4 for images taken with the camera and imported with the camera connection Kit. Due to the way iTunes works, doesn`t work on images imported from ...
Works as advertised Ive had no problems at all Fills a ridiculous hole in iOS there is no excuse for iOS not making the photo metadata available Solid 4 stars Needs a little UI tweaking to be a 5 star app              Works fine
This app REQUIRES access to your GPS location data but there are no functions in the program that use it Why is this app collecting my location data Im always careful abbout who gets my personal information and any app that asks for more data than it needs from me raises a red flag I wanted something to easily look at the size of the pics I have stored on my phone This app is mediocre at best doesnt work much of the time and requires you to give up your location information Not worth it     Not Worth the time
gives much more info than any other app that Ive been able to find              works just fine
Application does not work I have a LOT of iPhone photos and nothing will show in the list     Does NOT Work
Please add a confirmation message if no information is found instead of just closing the app Otherwise pretty helpful I would like to know as someone else had asked on another of these types of apps why it has to have access to the location in order to read existing information           Needs MSG on none
Unlike Thaden below I do know now exactly what event causes all the photos to disappear from both the Camera Roll or Photo Library At least I know one cause I completely coldbooted this iPhone 4 and the images reappeared This happens now consistently It for sure can be reproduced be taking just one picture with the native Camera App Do that take a picture and the EXIF IPTC MetaData Browser App can no longer see any images I am sure it is a simple fix We just need a new release with that bug fixed Come on Cyril I know you arent making a lot of on this but I also know you take pride in your work        Photos disappear
Shame on you guys     Declined access to my location and app shuts me out
Pretty much adds a feature that the Iphone doesnt have I got tires of having to upload my photos to see the date I took them so I searched and found this app It gets the job done Kind of weird that the iphone will tell you the GPS location of your photo but not the date it was taken This app even tells you info of pictures sent to you date time Resolution Overall it is a helpful FREE app Hopefully the next iphone upgrade will have this feature built in                 Gets it done
Did what it said until I took a new picture or synced with iTunes not sure which Now it will not display any photos from any photo folder Hopefully a fix is forth coming              Worked good until
I have to agree with the others here I see no reason for this app to need to know where I am All I wanted was an app to be able to look at old pics Ive shot and tell me the date they were taken     No reason for it to REQUIRE my current location to work
I love the idea if this app This feature should have been built into I iPhone Its off to a good start but there are many problems Mainly it doesnt work most of the time one min Ill be looking at the metadata and the next it cant find any photos on my camera roll        Good start
This app requires access to your gps to determine your location Otherwise it doesnt work No thanks     Requires location data
The Photos extension is nice You have to hit edit then then select Metadata A few other comments The app itself is very basic It would be nice to be able to edit metadata in the Photos extension if iOS allows that It would be good to allow copying of metadata fields              Photos extension is nice
The date of the photo is never right Took photo with iPhone 5s then used this software to check date Its always off        Metadata date always wrong
Interesting app but you cant much with it No copy and paste no export or editing metadata Also the GPS doesnt work I checked my photos with Koredoko and they DO have GPS data Meta Browser just doesnt display it        GPS does not work
This developers excuse about not working on images from the computer because of iTunes is lame Other apps in this genre have no problem with any images imported in any way I purchased this app some time ago looking for a good EXIF reader for my iPad2 and at the time it did not fill the bill for me so I deleted it in favor of another app I did continue to use it without a problem on my iPod Touch 4G When I saw this upgrade I thought I would give it another chance and reinstalled it on my iPad2 running iOS 501 Sadly it crashes when trying to read files uploaded using my Camera Connection Kit or saved by other apps to the Camera Roll Three different images three times it crashed while loadingsorry its going in the dumper again And now this upgrade has made it useless on my iPod as well     Crash crashcrash
Works great until I take a new pic and try to view it The app doesnt display any pics Very weird Iphone4     Broken
I bought this app so I could see meta data associated with pics It says it wont work because I wont let it know my location I cant see a reason why you need to know where I am to read the Exif data Maybe I am an idiot but it doesnt make sense to me     Waste of a dollar
When will a good metadata app come out This is ridiculous     App does not display photo
The thumbnail grid needs to show which photo is currently selected           Needs work
Wish I could see the date with mdyear instead of the way it is displayed Also it would be awesome if I had the option of seeing the photos FULL size In the meantime Ill keep shopping around for other apps that make that happen           Wish I could
When I open the photo app I dont see any option to view metadata not even when I tap Edit as someone suggested I tried closing the app then reopen no change GPS coordinates are displayed when available but it would be better if you could tap on a link to open an embedded map or the GoogleApple maps apps Another reviewer remarked that it was not possible to copy metadata but I can confirm that it is To most people metadata are just boring and meaningless info If this app could open maps and overlay selected metadata onto a photo while viewing them or display them below a photo then more people would find metadata meaningful Edit Changed rating from 2 to 3 stars because I find myself using this app often despite its shortcomings           Extension not found
All text anyplace should be selectable and copyable All files should allow naming and placing and saving as i wish     cant copy data
Im pretty sure its not possible to retrieve GPS data from photos on your iPhone the iPhone SDK does not allow it           GPS does not work
