Update I love the new features and options I started using the app again after life got in the way and old habits came back I love the new background sounds I change them every week or two to keep things fresh I have found the key for me is to focus on a particular blockproject when listening in order for it to work its best I still love this app and use it daily Original I am a lifetime procrastinator I started using the free version of the app in August 2014 it is now February 2015 I listened just about every day for a month then a few times a week to maintain in December about once or twice a week which is where Ive stayed its February I looked back on my list o projects from Augustabout 25 projectsand all but one were done I have NEVER had that experience in my entire life Im 34 It works and its awesome I purchased this because I was tired of listening to the intro tho the intro does start the process of slowing your mind down It works and I love it

I have a lot of hypnosis apps but this is my go to favorite Really helps with procrastination
This app puts me to sleep but something the lady says during the what to do part triggers Siri every night Siri is way louder and of course wakes me up asking how she can help me Uhhhhhh I have the urge to get up and get stuff done But Im tired Works till Siri gets triggered
All of these apps constantly have pop ups to sell the developers other hypnosis apps For example if you are listening to End Anxiety you will see popup questions like Do you have trouble sleeping If you click yes you will be brought to this developers sleep hypnosis app in the App Store The question changes each time to sell ALL of the developers other hypnosis apps such as Do you battle with depression to sell their depression hypnosis app etc You will then see the same questions EVEN AFTER YOU CLICK NO These popup ads are UNACCEPTABLE in a PAID APP I wish I hadnt purchased multiple apps by them Until these ads are removed or there is an option for the user to DISABLE them I suggest staying away Constant PopUp Ads

This app is well worth it I feel a shift in my view of things Such a soothing voice to listen to Recommend Well worth thee money
HIGHLY RECOMMEND This app and the others in its series are read by a woman with a great voice for it Other apps have used odd distracting voices This one is well done I only have the free version of this one but I own 3 paid versions of their other ones I cant wait to upgrade them all These go deep into the psyche and I feel calm Relaxed And good after listening Smooth Relaxing and Deep
