Withholding criticism of the company itself this app does not function You can sign in and start a death bit it just shows the spinning wheel thing forever even if youre using your home wifi network You have to use a laptop to connect to their website I you want to find a doctor under their plan Even with wifi it doesnt do anything
The poor UI is matched by the lack of functionality Should be placed in intensive care
So far you can only search for doctors and view your ID card Good start but not enough to make it great Need ability to view and possibly even submit claims Good start but needs more features
This app is not only poorly designed but almost completely useless I keep getting an error message attempting to access my ID cards The estimate cost feature always removes the procedure when the search link is pressed and alerts the user to Enter a procedure I expect a better app from a such a large healthcare organization I have seen firsttime developers create better apps
For whatever reason you cant create an account on a phone The full site wont load on mobile either Cant create a user account through the app or moblie site
This app doesnt work using the same username and password that work to access the website I cant believe that the developers were actually paid for writing the code for this poorly developed app Horrible
Although I have the latest version The app uploads and says a later version has been found and when I go to update it sends me right back to the App Store and it says open App wont load up
Ive never written a review before but EBCBS needs to be aware whoever you hired to build this app epically failed you I get 3 error messages upon logging in and Im unable to even view my insurance card Please fix this very broken piece of software as I would very much like it to work To the consumer unless major changes are made via an update dont waste your time downloading this app Useless

There seems to be very limited functionality cant seem to see claim statuses The menus are confusing and seem to require import of information from various sources Not useful app as an insured Limited usefulness confusing interface

Why did I download an insurance company app To track my claims submit claims and finally get a hold of a 24 hour online customer service This app has none of these Downloaded the Cigna app for my dental and this one had all The difference is immense Useless app
Overall this app has a good set of features It allows you to search for providers and also can display your ID cards The one really bad thing about the user experience is when you search for anything whether it be a provider or a pharmacy if you drill down into one of the results and try to go back it does not bring you back to the search results it brings you back to the original search screen You then have to reenter all the search criteria to get the list of results back A major inconvenience The one missing feature it needs is to allow you to review your Explanation of Benefits and claims information User Experience Needs Work
You need to have a strong password for your medical records To do that you probably would store that type of password in a password manager This app is not compatible with One Password and you also can not use the paste function to enter that long password into the password fail I cant get beyond the opening screen UX problems from the start
Provides less functionality than the website with a user interface that is even worse Features like showing your ID card dont even work for me Useless
You cant find a doctor by subspecialty and by location it will give you the closest doctors of every specialty with hundreds of results in a 10 mile radius I only used this app to find innetwork specialty doctors Now it is useless BROKEN
Would be nice if they had an option to check your bill and pay it as well payment

This app is simply a mobile optimized poorly version of the website Its astounding that in the year 2015 a company of this magnitude that my family spends thousands of dollars a month on does not have a well designed actually usable native iOS app Simply unacceptable Poorly designed slow nonnative app

Downloaded this app to get a virtual ID card on my phone Too bad it doesnt work Keep getting null errors and other nonsense Useless app
What is missing is the ability to review claims This is the primary reason I would use the app I like being able to fid a doctor but knowing where my money is is key If my wildest dreams could come true I would like to be able to submit claims via the app and upload receipts It is possible my fsa provider offers an app like that an my claims are paid so much quicker as a result Not bad
Useless broken POS Fail
I absolutely love this app I cant always carry my card with me so this has all my information and is helpful Excellent and reliable
You have the paste functionality disabled on the login form So I cant copyandpaste my password from 1password Since my password is a long randomly generated code this prevents me from logging in and using the app There is no reason to disable paste for password fields It does not make your software more secure Cant use password manager
And Ive only tried to use 1 feature find a doctor No results every time no matter how nonspecific I am ZERO STARS Waste of time

The application says can get data now sorry First time using the app and already issues I am a member what a passcode and username Cant log in
