I really like the product and put it on both kids phones I bought the paid service and did not think 899 a month was too much for a monitored service My son used it already and feels safer with it and I feel safer knowing that if he starts an incident they have the exact GPS location where he is and his medical information He has a food allergy and we put that into his profile so the service is aware of it I read the concerned comment about allowing a 3rd party access to the video when using the app and I called the company to ask about it I did not want my kids video released They were very clear that this is a safety app and that you are granting access to the video so you can share it with your friends or with a professional monitoring service so they can help you Makes sense to me I recommend it                 Tested it today and it works great

The video from your camera is horrid Need to fix the video quality           It does its job BUT

This is my favorite app I have used it twice now Once when my car got stolen I called Emergensee because I did not have my car license plate info Emergensee had everything I needed to give to the police Make sure you upload all your personal info I used it a second time to just make sure it was working since I was walking alone at night They answered immediately and knew my location This is amazing Everybody needs this app It is way better than 911 Its like having your own personal 911 on Speed dial I feel much safer having this app                 I Love this app

I was just exploring the app so I was prepared for emergencies when I clicked on accidentally something I closed the app and five minutes later I have my mom panic texting me asking if Im okay It just needs like a bit of child proofing because yes Im a child Or clarify the buttons more Because some of things are misleading if you are as clueless about what means what as I am Maybe even a cancel button              Needs more of a proofing incase you accidentally click things

So I downloaded this app months ago and thought I could trust it I just saw it in shark tank and tested it and it doesnt even work     Fake

I set up the app and tested it and it doesnt work It never alerted any of my contacts Waste of time     Doesnt work

Makes me feel better that I know I can press a button and have my friends that are nearby know exactly where I am                 Great app

We are using this app to help keep us safe and some of us are actually paying the monthly fee yet the app is in desperate need of an update There are individuals corporations and universities that are using this app to keep their friends family members students and staff safe I am unable to update the the app to reflect my new contact information or change my emergency contacts Please update Until then I am canceling my subscription        Needs to get updated

I wish I could say that the system was totally up and running for my needsthis is not anything negative but we need the ability to connect to 911 If I have to send the emergency call to my wife her phone stays in her purse so lets get it going you guys lets make it happen You wont need the sharks I think this will save many lives           Save a Life

This is a great app it streams your location and live video and audio online and to your contacts almost immediately The biggest issue I have with the app is that when you lock your phone perhaps the emergency is that someone is following you and you need to have some stealth the app closes and stops recording Even stealth mode shows a big red recording icon in the middle of the screen hardly very stealthy if someone were to get a hold of your phone They could easily disable the app and close the incident no issue It would be great to see a feature where you could lock the phone and the only way to stop the app would be to enter your passcodetouchID to unlock the phone and stop the recording           Great app could do better

Im really glad this app is available for people with invisible disabilities THANKS Theoretically this is a great app However like one of the other Reviewers below I too attempted to apply my photo into the app as I was enrolling theres STILL no way to install the photo Id think that after the first Reviewer told you about the problem youd either fix it or remove the photo spot Thats my only problem But it could be a BIG PROBLEM              Emergen See

I am very impressed with this app My aide told me about it because Im disabled and vulnerable to attack I had some problems with having to redownload the app after I signed up for the subscription monitoring service but its working great now I have already used it and the monitoring team is very quick and responsive Ive already used it and the police were contacted for me The video also allows for good evidence to the police if the incident has a need for that Im not sure why I cant see all of my videos in the history section Some of them show the video for my review and others dont show it even though I know it was recorded so thats maybe a glitch that needs to be fixed Nevertheless Im rating 5 stars because its an awesome app to help people stay safe If you have responsive friends the free version is fine but if they may take time to respond to texts its probably best to sign up for the professional monitoring Thats what I found to be best so I could get help sooner                 Very impressed

All it says is unable to connect Contact emergency services and it gives you the option to dial 911 Hope they fix it     Great concept doesnt work

This Safety App is Awesome We started with the free version and now have the Professional Monitoring Subscription for the family and Love it Even though we have the Security Operators receiving our Video Ive had all the kids add me as a safety contact this way Im alerted at the same time Security Operators are Ive even used the new SafeWalk Feature walking back to my car when Im in the City The Free version is good but Professional Monitoring gives us access to all the Features I think everyone should have it                 Mom

Well I hate to say it because this could be a great app if it worked like advertised though it does not The text messages are very slow to reach the emergency contacts and when they do the video does not stream The history is corrupt and does not play back or record video The gps is not accurate Stealth mode is not stealth and has a big red button that says REC in the middle of the screen If you leave it running for a few minutes it times out and disconnects Not reliable enough for real emergencies good for a gimmick     Crashes Not reliable

Im a Realtor and I sent this to my entire office to use too Its a great app I wish there were easier ways to test it tho and I wish we could also record something and then delete if we want instead of sending same with pictures It does help me feel safer though Thank you                 Great for Realtors

Does what it claims to Saw it on shark tank Im no little guy But its nice to have when Im with my daughter and fiancé If a hostile situation arises or if Im in need of monitoring and police assistance they are only a button away Comforting And to top it off GPS audio and video Not bad at all 899 a month is not much to ask for to have a alarm system on your body with tracking capabilities                 Not bad Better than I expected

Unable to use the app while creating account you allow access to photos but when I pushed add photo choices were Take photo and photo library NEITHER OPTION WORKEDif it cant access photos during setup why would I trust it in an Emergency The app is supposed to be able to control audio video and take photos I deleted it immediately to protect any malfunction invading my privacyDELETE     Add photo doesnt work Delete this app immediately

This app is greatit streams your location and live video and audio online and to your preselected contacts almost immediately which makes me feel really safe as a college student going to school in a dangerous area I always feel reassurance knowing that I have this portable security system in my pocket at all times                 I feel safer already

This is an amazing concept and it works however the video live stream is crap It is way to blurry to see anything All the other features are nice though and Im going to keep the app           Good but somehow bad

I saw this on shark tank Downloaded app and have tested it with my family in the test mode so far looks like a great safety communication tool Having the option to add or program app to call police and other security options could be great for security for younger family members away from the home or at college I hope the company is successful                 Very Cool App

Saw these guys on Shark Tank and I wonder if they have even used their own app because this thing is clunky and unusable in some cases The monthly subscription rate is in my opinion insanely high Their screenshots are all outdated for iOS 6 that was 2 years ago already I wish them the best but this product is not ready for prime time        Poorly executed

It would be a great idea but I just deleted it I cant add a contacts cel phone number unless it has 10 digits Guess what Not all countries have 10 digit cel phone numbers Useless where I live     Only for US
