New update with Job Phases is what we needed Use to try to do all of this on my Windows computer with Office very time consuming and cumbersome So glad to be using this app on my iPad it s like a whole new world It s fast reliable and makes the task almost fun almost I can enter and invoice as I go so there is no more having to go back to the office anymore Would work well for any in field service provider Apple is the best Latest update with Job Phases is awesome bbrown987

I purchased this app with he impression that it delivered what it advertised After buying it you must purchase different features of the application on which it advertises What a bait and switch Do not buy this app This app is not honest Electrical Hammer
Like with most business app you often need support The help desk is always there to answer email or text questions and also help on the telephone They truly understand the app and our business inside and out and get questions resolved quickly Really don t contact them much anymore as the app is running smoothly thank you for all the great help Really good support and help desk lew6543
Guess it might be unrealistic to think you can do everything on a phone that you can do on a computer have tried several apps including much more expensive ones This one is the best so far as it can record simply transactions very quickly and easily It also has more advanced capabilities that are only a few taps away Client Connect feature is unique and very helpful in getting emails and texts to clients Have used both email and phone support and both are responsive and helpful Very Good and Easy to Use lew6543

Not user friendly and has several glitches When I tried to save my clients none of them would save properly and when I tried to create my first invoice some of the fields would not have the info I typed in show up I had to buy a separate app to create an invoice because I was on a time crunch to send my estimate invoice Would not recommend Needs work Clperkin

Wow even though there are some great new programs the app remains very easy to use The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this app is just right for my business ts so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps Once the job is finished its quick to do the billing via email Good deal The app uses Contacts and Calendar so setup is fast and easy I like having control of my data and not logging into someones server This app turned out to work better than expected It has just enough detailed information but not too much It is easy to enter and change information and I really like getting up to the minute financial info The support team is responsive and helpful when needed Would recommend for anyone in the our business Another good update Keeps getting better
