DO NOT BUY THIS APP This app will reinforce instead of correct the most common errors in the interpretation of arrythmias The authors indicate atrial sensing with there is clear atrial pacing every other P wave With a little more attention they could have observed the pairing of the complexes Most importantly a case of clear sinus bradicardia and PACs is mistaken by atrial fibrillation Lead V1 shows consistent P waves Anticoagulation of this patient would make a good case for a lawyer Sinus nodal block is proposed for a case of pronounced sinus arrhythmia which is commonly seen in young patients this ECG seems to be from a young patient     basic errors in the interpretation Mdcello
