I ve only used this for about two days but I love it so far Being able to swipe between kids and getting notices as homework is posted is great It helps me know what the kids have for homework in case they don t remember or didn t write it down Great app BlakesterF

Parents beware This is a 24 7 site for teacher s that are Relentless about posting work They post 5 am 10 pm on Sunday nights holidays days off during vacation etc there s NO escape As of latest update I now get 2x notifications because the annoyance just isn t enough let s double every post I despise this app HB 9/13

In general LMS learning management system sophistication is low relative to other software so I will cut this app some slack and give it 3 stars The interface is not intuitive the layout is illogical The information where redundant is not consistent and that is a major flaw and I will give an example I will see two DIFFERENT grades for a SINGLE SUBJECT on this app Not impressed Diddlebug123

I dont understand how this app can get more than one star If I could rate it zero I would Despite having notifications turned on the app doesnt give any alert when the teacher posts Further parents are unable to reply or message the teacher at all within Edmodo so this is absolutely pointless for communication purposes Finally there are things that can be posted to just the kids from the teacher from a parent account you cannot see those posts so how is that helpful for parents If you want a way to get random teacher updates from an app that you have to remember to check daily and you dont ever want to talk with your childs teacher then Edmodo is perfect for your family Garbage

The app has some good info but it would be nice if it was more similar in look to the student app Also the best feature on the web version is the calendar That should be on the student app and the parent app Needs the calendar

I downloaded the app on my iPad and technically it works but its rather silly to have to interact with an app that is only the size of a phone screen when on an iPad I hope you properly support the tablet size soon Im quite happy to have a parent version Not properly supported on iPad

I really like this app its great for keeping parents in the loop in real time and before their assignments are due It gives students a way to keep track of their projects and allows them to connect with teachers and there classmates I wish all teachers used it instead of school max I would like to communicate with the teachers Just a suggestion

I love that this app could give us access to Edmodo and let us keep up with our childrens assignments tests etc but it hasnt worked the last few days Just gives me a blank white screen since I cant access it it is driving me crazy with all the texts Update as of 41015 because of the white screen issue was an ongoing problem I contacted their support department last night via email At some point during the night I received a message back about how to fix the problem Amazing service Quit the app turn off your wifi connection turn it back on sign in to the app again It worked like a charm I love Edmodo for Parents once again Great app even better customer support
Notification really works Awesome app
I was able to login as a parent easy enough and was excited by the possibilities but the excitement was short lived To get updates I have to turn the app off and back on again for it to refresh current posts from the teacher I also cant make comments which seems pointless since to communicate with them I will have to use email To add to the fun it also gives me a server error saying not all of the comments can be shown at this time also making this quite useless Im going to try the web version tomorrow to compare Nice idea poor execution

Written by people who dont have kids Not user friendly unless you want to do the kids homework for them I already passed middle school This site is proof for the principle that just because its online doesnt mean its better Worthless hard to navigate I cant think of one single aspect of this app or site that has any benefit of any kind I hate it and hate that my kids school makes me use this site I am sorry I have to give one star I cant say how much I hate it
My son teacher has asked to use this app to communicate It will not allow me to login half the time It is clearly not fully developed Flaky and incomplete
