We are currently using this app for work and it was working great at the beginning but as soon as I try to sync my entries they just all disappear I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to kinda work again but even then my most recent entries don t show up even though they do go through to my boss     Frustrating Crelaale

I have an account with eBillity online I have attempted to sign in to this application but am repeatedly met with an error box reading Cannot perform this action while offline My phone is most assuredly connected to the internet so whatever problem the app is having is unrelated to internet connection What a complete failure of an app I cannot even get to a usable screen before getting a pointless error message When it does work it fails to continuously track my time If I start a new entry and go back to it 20 minutes later it is gone from the app The whole point of a time tracking app is to track time and this one fails to do that What a waste     Useless Howardfan

I decided to try this app again a few months ago to see if it actually works yet and to my surprise everything was working great Then the recent update happened and it no longer syncs up with my iPhone I ve tried reinstalling it no change I just get an error message I hope this gets fixed because it was so nice using it before that update         Actually worked what happened AJobCoach

I just got the updated version of this app on my iPhone 4s and the update won t let me submit my time entries The save button simply isn t existent I missed almost a week s worth of pay because of this glitch It s just not worth the hassle I would much rather keep a written log of my hours than use this app     Won t let me submit entries Goudamatoes

Tips for my fellow users Crashes if you click into the from and to time fields so avoid those fields Instead just put in service hours Keyboard will not go away if you are in the description field So click into one of the drop down field above such as service item to get out of the keyboard If a button looks greyed out tap it anyway because often it works The greyness does not appear to mean anything ebility please fix these problems Also things that are active to be tapped should not be grey as it appears they are greyed out     Needs improvement AnnieKate76

This app appeared to work on my iPad But it does NOT sync well It will sync the hours only and not minutes worked 8 30 hours worked becomes 8 It shows on the mobile app as 8 30 But the web and the official reporting only shows 8 You can correct it with the web app but if you use this mobile app again it will change it back to the incorrect hours Overall it is way too unreliable to use I have deleted the app     Do Not Use A0emouse

This app is incredibly unreliable Every new work day my time list shows up blank after syncing If I try to save an entry I get a badly worded error The entry is then lost At least save the entry locally on the phone for syncing later In order for the app to work I have to double tap the home button shut down the app in the background launch it again and wait for it to sync Overall a very poorly executed application Very tedious to work with if you can get it to work at all 2013 edit app crashes every new workday when syncing an empty Recent Entries screen Have to relaunch and try again     Unable to save due to some reasons SgtGrumbles

Update Jan 2013 I must be a glutton for punishment as I tried again after they updated still unusable Now it won t let me log in at all even though I followed instructions and re setup my mobile password from the web Not sure why I bothered but I figure I can at least spend time writing a review to hopefully save others hassle Like many we switched to eBility when Timetracker was discontinued I tried to give this app a fair shot as I loved the concept but it s unreliable and support is completely useless For example although it s supposed to autosave and even says saving I found several of my December hours and descriptions were missing Also I had some duplications Thank goodness I reviewed everything carefully as it would have been highly embarrassing to double bill a client I had written my hours down on paper too so I was able to regenerate the missing hours but if I hadn t I d be out a lot of money of billed time Customer service kept me on live chat for over an hour with 10 min between responses no apology either for the delays or my problem and ultimately said nothing except that they could pass along my problem and have someone get back to me After many days no one has I can t say I m surprised So far this app and eBility has wasted my time and has both missed and duplicated data I absolutely do not recommend     Unreliable and support is worse than useless Pheebers

Its ironic that their motto Is every second counts If I had a dollar for every second I wasted on this app in the last year then I would be able to retire comfortably Crashes repeatedly and customer service never called me back If you choose to remain logged in for more than six hours it will let you type a long description and create a time entry but it will not save it to the web due to some reasons forcing you to lose all information you just entered You have to logout and then log back into the app to get it working again     Crashaholic Every second wasted nttx
