The app is well designed but it s not too functional as it loads very slow I have high speed internet so it s not about my connection Also there is no audio on my iOS I have checked my phone settings and the volume is full but somehow in the app you hear nothing If these two concerns are met I think the app would be of great use and help for students             Slow Audio not working on app Kathak Student

I subscribed in May 2016 and I still do not have access to the videos in the app The support team keeps saying that the issue will be resolved but it has been almost 4 months and there has been no change in the status of the issue Very disappointing customer service     Subscription issue Galaxygal123
