The enter now option will not work it just fades and wont do anything Was having really hard time uploading my audition video anyone else And disney wonders why It didnt get that many auditions BECAUSE YOUR STUPID APP CRASHED     Hate it dont waste your time

hi Ive been trying since yesterday to upload my audition video and it will not work can u please fix this problem before the deadline hits thank you     AUDITIONS DO NOT UPLOAD

I went into the app and I was so excited I clicked on the audition and then I realized it was only for ages 10 Im only nine My parents said maybe I could try anyway so on the weekend I was already dressed in my own style and practiced the script but when I clicked on the button for the audition but it said that I wasnt eligible to do the audition I was heartbroken and VERY VERY MAD Applause really needs to put another audition in very soon because I have been waiting such a long time for an audition checking the talent search website every day until I was tired of looking Please make one very very soon for 8 And also all the contests except the audition are closed Please make new ones other than that the app is fine Just please read my review           WHY

I am encountering the same issue as the others I am using an iPhone 6 with iOS 83 software and a reinstalled fully updated Disney Applause app Please consider extending the deadline It would be much appreciated I would be disappointed if the video I made cannot be shared     Please help

Dont say the audition closes on the 10 if you dont allow submissions on that day be specific with your times and fix the faulty bugs        False advertising

Got excited about looking for Mickeys Everything is closed Cannot enter anything Once again Disney takes your money but wont let you enter a contest to win anything     Stinks

Im trying to upload my daughters audition video and the app is just stuck I took the video through the app and when I hit Use Video nothing happens The Deadline is today PLEASE HELP              HELP

This app took about three tries to upload the video for me and I told my little sister about the contest and she was really excited but now its not allowing me to make another account this is ridiculous she has the script rehearsed and everything she had me up at 730 in the morning just to help her with her video she was all dressed and her hair was combed my sister who is usually a ball of joy is now a ball of depression I hate seeing her like this please fix this app along with all the crushed dreams     Please fix

To steal a line from the script of the audition video that was SUPPOSED to be uploaded before midnight yesterdayStupid Technology Its a shame that so many kids spirits have been crushed because of this app And shame on Disney for not having a better functioning plan Did send an email to the Disney Applause help desk notifying them of the Ooops Error only to receive a prompt reply from customer service rep Amy stating that they were aware of the error but would not be extending the deadlinebecause they were still receiving some video submissions Some How about receiving ALL of them This app is horrible and does not work for the majority of the people Waste of time Stupid Technology     Stupid Technology

IT WONT LET ME UPLOAD A VIDEO THAT IS WAY LESS THAN 120 seconds AND IM USING WIFI NOT CELLULAR CONNECTION                 FIX IT

I kept getting the Opps there was an error uploading your video I was sick with a horrible sinus infection and a horrible sunburn but I wanted to audition anyway I tried for days and I kept getting the error message finally I had the idea to download another app to change the format of the video So it finally worked the day before the original deadline because I had to change the format to a lower megapixel one I have an iPhone 5c so it could be that is your problem too All in all the app is good Ive been checking the audition website for about a year now waiting for an audition and then this happened Good luck to everyone           Oops Solution

Most people are having trouble uploading but I cant even sign in When I try it says you are not eligible to sign in on this sight     Terrible

What version does the iPhone camera record in it says it has to be in a specific format     HELP

DISNEY LISTENED TO US They fixed the app and they extended the deadline for the contest YOu have until August 10th to submit I was able to submit mine How can Disney one of the greatest companies in the world represent themselves by a nonworking app It is a shame So many kids and parents disappointed because they could not submit their videos to the talent searchmyself and my daughter included Why hasnt Disney addressed the issue Why havent they extended the contest to allow themselves time to fix the issue The silence is the worst part Disney should do something as this is the last day of the contest and so many were not able to participate                 THE APP WORKS NOWTHANK YOU DISNEY

So for hours i tried to upload my audition video and it said oops something went wrong and we couldnt submit your video finally with less than an hour to the deadline I tried submitting it without using wifi and it actually worked 2 seconds later it said it went through           Uploading videos

Ive been trying for days to download my hidden Mickey pictures for the contest and it keeps failing Fix it please     Pictures wont load

Ive had this app for a while on other products and Ive always loved it However I have been trying to post my audition video for the open call casting for the past few days and it hasnt been working I tried for a solid 5 days and it didnt work It is now 1146 PM on August 6th 2015 and it just uploaded 3 minutes ago It truly scared me so bad that I might not have been able to apply to audition So I just hope that in the future it runs a bit smoother              Error Now fixed I think

This app is great but I dont know why people get mad about the auditions it says specificly do not use cellular data while posting video so just turn off cellular                 Pretty good

Hi the Disney Channel Open Call ends very soon and I have been trying to upload my Video for quite some time If I cannot upload onto the app is there an alternate way of uploading my video for Disney     Disney Open Call Video Upload Failure

This app is terrible We were on it for 12 hours before the video would upload This is just bad     Just wow

This app may have cost my little sister an opportunity to work for Disney She worked tirelessly on her audition video and when it was time to upload Oops We got the same error message over and over and when I emailed Disneys support team I was just told to keep trying and that they would not be extending the deadline despite this being THEIR apps issue and that they would not be accepting entries via email I find it disgraceful to the Disney brand to pull this contest just to promote this app and not even shed a single care for the potential talent being wasted or missed for a problem that is out of the users hands They should have extended the deadline to give themselves time to fix this app so every child gets an equal opportunity chance Shame on you Disney Channel I will definitely be uninstalling and forgetting this terrible app when it is all said and done     TERRIBLE APP Wow Disney

Ive been trying to upload my video and its not working Ive tried from the app and from a saved video its still not working its the last day please help     Ughhh

Ok so I took an audition video and wanted to upload it I tried uploading it a thousand times and every time I got the error message DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Just take the video on the app and submit it This way worked for me and I got the confirmation email        Audition Video Help

Unfortunately I have to agree with another reviewer on this I was excited to upload my hidden Mickey picture for the contest but after trying several times and getting error messages I was too frustrated to try again Disney is known for fixing broken things in a matter of seconds so I hope this app doesnt stay the way it is for long     Broken

I spent hours filming my audition and whenever I try to upload my video it always fails and tells me something went wrong with it Please fix the problem soon     I cant upload my audition

This app is great now Id suggest clicking choose video option I tried it today August 7th and it worked on the first try And 3 minutes later I got a confirmation email You guys should keep trying cause this app now works for auditions           Love this app

No matter what I do the app wont upload my video I tried to upload a video we took prior and it didnt work So then we tried to upload a new video by using the app to film it and it still wouldnt upload I am very disappointed in this app as the deadline is tomorrow and the app isnt uploading anything     Not uploading

Ok so It wouldnt work and first but I didnt give up I kept sending the video until I realized why it had asked my name in the beginning And the app says 17 so that means your PARENTS have to make it for u like u have to put your parents age But when u go to send your video it still didnt work sooooooo I tried logging into MY disney account and saying my dads age when they asked It didnt work at first but when I turned cellular off it worked I am so happy it worked But its 8715 and they still didnt close the contest                 It worked

When I first tried to upload my audition video it gave me the oops message which was obviously nerve racking But when I tried again it miraculously worked It was defiantly a weight lifted off my shoulders since I had been working on my video all day And because this is the last day of the contest Make sure that when you are uploading it that you have a good wifi connection Good luck to everyone enteredis entering                 Happy

Im an allDisney fan but this app is awful You can grow old trying to upload a pic And if you want to know why all your uploads fail they will only telly you Oops something went wrong Dont even bother     Doesnt work

At first it was a little confusing Then I was able to video tape and send in my audition for the open casting call This app might have just got me a chance at Disney Its better then searching hours on end for a audition close to home that were all fakes or scam And you dont have to pay this app gave me a better shot at my dreams                 WORKS PERFECTLY

So my video went in when I submitted it But I had to take the video on the app and I could not upload it from my camera roll Also it took MANY tries for it to finally submit But now it says that it sent the email and I have not received any email and Im worried because Ive been trying to audition for Disney for YEARS and now all Im waiting on is that email So if I dont get that email does that mean my entry didnt go in even though it said it was successfully entered Please help           HELP

We tried multiple times yesterday to upload my daughters video and kept getting the Oops Error message Finally we were able to upload it early this morning and received a confirmation email Then another message popped up saying we exceed our submissions for the day we only tried the one time today so who knows if it actually worked At least now our daughter sees it was submitted and will stop bugging us about it        Finally able to upload audition video
