MAJOR DESIGN FLAW This app is not iOS 613 READY Apps that have design flaws and are hard to use frustrate customers and these apps should be pulled from the list of apps available for download This app has a design flaw and the developer has failed to listen to reviewers to address the right problem The developer needs to pay attention to what users say and fix the problem regarding the downloading of islands specific content When you make something test it fix it and test it again before submitting the app for download availability This version 101 was posted March 4 2013 but NEVER worked properly to enable a potential user to fully download the listed content for each of the islands A Logical Approach is to listen to users thats one of the many reasons that we have an App Review System As developer of this app you should test for design flaws and understand their causes In a timely manner fix the right problem through actiondriven practices Absolutely this app has failed the users usability test I would not recommend this app to a friend or colleague The app has an interesting homepage but the content will not download     Remove Apps With Design Flaws

The app comes with no content at all After downloading the app you must download all of the maps and information before anything can be useful However it takes so long to download the information that I canceled it There is no option to download one walk at a time which is ridiculous Hong Kongs tourist informationmapsidead of where to visit is very lackluster compared to other cities Ive visited which do a much better job     Worthless terrible app

I thought it was the crappy hotel wifi but even when I got home 75mbitsec after three weeks the maps are still loading Unbelievable The problem is that this app needs to be the foreground all the time for it to download the maps The moment the device goes to sleep you know save battery or you want to do something else like make a call the download process stops It is hard to believe that the developer could not figure out how to background the download process Apple puts out the iOS App Programming Guide that describes how to do this Please please read it In theory this app would have been perfect when I was in Cheung Chau 3 weeks ago but Im now home in the US 2 weeks later still trying to download the map I am contemplating giving up but Ill do it just to see the end I recommend anybody contemplating using this app to make sure to turn the sleep all the way up turn on airplane mode connect to a fast wifi leave it nearby tap it regularly so it wont sleep and to do this before you leave home Then it might work     Takes close to 3 weeks to download the Cheung Chau map
