This app is very accurate Helps a lot

The map radar is very slow to load on my iPhone even connected to wifi Also it reverts to dfw airport every time I close and reopen so I need to switch back to my location Radar picture itself has very very slow motion Needs a little more work before I can rely on it as my only source for weather radar Not so great

This app is slow to load never saves my location doesnt refresh properly Such a shame I rely on the local nbc news channel for all my news and weather Its a shame their weather app is this faulty Tried it on my iPhone 5 and iPad Neither works very well Sad

Great job NBC 5 Wonderful

It doesnt provide the data Weatherbug does but the first alert radar was a nice feature With that feature being offline for months this app is now the Yugo of weather apps If I was Milestone Electric the sponsor I wouldnt want to be associated with a chronically malfunctioning app lest potential customers see my company as being chronically malfunctioning as well It coulda been a contenda

I loved this app when it was working Unfortunately that was very seldom For the past 2 months the radar hasnt worked at all I have deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck Im giving up now No good

For the past week the radar function on this app has not been working Every time I open it and push the button to I start the radar it shows data unavailable Will this be fixed soon or do I need to just delete the app Radar not working

Fox 4s was useful but it had horrible graphics Better than the WAPP

Im not sure what happened but the app no longer shows the weather You can see the radar moving but no storm info appears on map Locks up freezes closes every time I need it Works great when theres no rain but now that I need to know whether a tornado is heading my way Garbage Used to be a good app

Great to have a radar map that updates by the minute The radar and 10 day weather outlook are great features The reason I gave it 4 stars is the geographical back drop for the weather map makes it difficult to see rain against the green back drop I would also like to see a real time traffic app that allows you to notify the app of any traffic issues in the dfw area that is in the weather app NBC 5 dfw weather app

Why were the state borderlines taken out The map is NOT an upgrade Bring back old version

The graphics are great and everything is very stream line as far as different maps and radars that can be seen with a simple touch of a button Getting ready for a big storm coming up so this will be great to have on hand We shall see how it operates when its needed Looks good so far

I have another weather app on my home page because they display a badge with the current temp food for thought I have this app because its supposed to send alert messages for severe or winter weather my selections Maybe Ive missed something Ive got notifications turned on and yet when I open the app and see a winter storm alert I havent received an alert message First Alert

It closes on me on the time Every time I open it it has me in Dallas When I delete Dallas and use my current location it still has me in Dallas I live in Hurst The radar keeps showing clear skies when it is pouring down rain I looked at it last night and it showed thunderstorms and then 30 minutes later the map was completely clear I was watching the rain from my porch Deleting this app Will find one thats more reliable Not a good app

If Im not on wifi it closes no matter what If Im on wifi it works occasionally If Im out and about and dont have access to wifi Im not able to see what the weather is doing Will have to download another weather app

Ive noticed since installing this app my battery drains very quickly Solid features as far as weather goes but please fix whatever bug is draining the battery Killing the app after use appears to resolve the battery drain at least Good app with decent features Appears to have a power bug though

The last 24 hours the rain has not been showing on the map Crazy since it is pouring down rain Map

This app is unusable now at least on my phone Its too bad as I flatly refuse to install anything Fox on my phone It constantly force closes actually makes my phone restart and when it works it puts me in the wrong place NBC 5 should do themselves a favor and 86 this app It used to be good now it is just unusable Not Sure What Happened

I love how awesome this app works Its local so its probably more accurate than national appsnot to mention that it can send you alerts in real time Great app Very nice just get it to see what I mean

I recently lost the ability to open this app It crashes immediately and the problem began in late August 2015 This is the best weather app for DFW residents but hopefully this bug can be fixed App stopped working

When I open the app it closes on me all the time I have to keep opening it about 5 times before it stops closing the app on me Glad its free I watch Channel 5 news in Dallas every night and they always say download our app but sorry I will be deleting this app Been dealing with this problem for 2 months now Lots of storms around us the past month and cant check where they are at since it keeps closing on me Not a good app

This is my go to weather report It tells me what I want to know about the weather but Im not convinced the radar on the map was a good change The app started closing every time I opened it but its working again Works fine

First Alert radar hasnt been working on the app the best feature for several weeks Deleted and reloaded but still a fail From 5 stars to 1 star because of that Bug Issues
