I had the app back in August 2016 Worked great then Now I can t even log in Much less see any numbers It s a pity because I m not even 100 this is the correct one for my G4 However I m not going to re download all the apps     Major crashing Video problems??

YO I ve been using this app for more than two years and I got it on my new phone Of course the app won t let me log in In fact it takes me OUT of the app I ve kept trying deleted and installed it twice restarted my phone closed the app Not to mention this app is unreliable             How about letting me log in TheSuperAppVillian

The whole product flow of apps for dexcom is amazingly stupid Need to monitor you blood sugar Oh you ll need to download the main dexcom G5 app oh and it s buggy as hell you ll need to just reinstall it every so often just to get it to pair to a sensor Need to share your numbers with needed family and docs Oh you ll need a separate app for that we call it the share app you ll need that first Oh people that need the data Yeah there s a separate app for that too it s called follow and it to is buggy as hell we can t really tell you when you ll get your data maybe you will eh maybe you won t don t worry it s your cellular networks fault if you don t Oh your doc needs to see your numbers and trend reports Oh we ve got ANOTHER separate app for that too dexcom sensors themselves are amazing in treating diabetes However dexcom can now claim the title of DEATH BY 1 000 APPS Integrate people     DEATH BY 1 000 APPS Oupioneer77

The app doesn t work on iPod touch 3G This is not a practical product for young children The app doesn t alarm at all highs or lows on my iPhone Apple is not upfront with product issues and refers to additional documents to where exclusion or issues occurs Worst time effort preparation and hope spent on the Dexcom and then they want you to spend money on the latest phones devices in order to get hi and low notifications     Don t buy to Dexcom for kids Dlife mom

The app looks better than the receiver and is easier to navigate But my biggest complaint is that the Apple Watch app doesn t offer any complications so that I can add a current sugar level to the watch face This is translates to a bit of pain bc I have to swipe up to glances to get the info I also have to lock my Apple Watch to keep my info secure So this feature or lack thereof pretty much makes the Apple Watch app useless App also seems to have a bit of connectivity issues             Good but not great Jovat

Since the Dexcom G5 came out I have had nothing but issues with setting pairing lost signal updates and Follow I would hope Dexcom will get their act together and get input from actual users on the app design and how it can be more user friendly One of the biggest issues is trying to get help from the technical support department It is very frustrating to be on hold for hours when you need help When you actually get connected to a person in my experience they have no clue what your asking and how to help Make the app more user friendly show glucose level on the app without having to open re right instructions so they are up to date with phones and their product and hire an train their technical staff especially the weekend staff         Dexcom G5 G5 Dexcom user

The app is nice when it works Every time I install apple s frequent updates this app is no longer supported and is useless It takes a while for Dexcom to update their app         Good just don t update OS Bphair

Just got my dexcom share device and the app won t open on my watch Seems to work on my phone okay thus far Please fix this I want to see my stuff on my watch         Annabanana729

After the update the app has connectivity issues and doesn t perform as well as the previous version I did notice that there is no longer an option for background refresh for the app for whatever reason Maybe that s the issue             Update not functioning as well Imronburgundy83

If you re reading this and your system still works DO NOT update the app The last 2 updates have cut off all connectivity with share prohibiting glucose levels to be monitored on my phone watch or being sent to any of my Share contacts It says I have an invalid login and when attempts are made to reset fix my information the app does nothing and since there is no web interface in which to update this information the app is the only option Calling Dexcom for support I was only told it was Apples fault for updating their OS but it worked fine for 3 4 days on the new OS it wasn t until the app was updated that everything stopped working     Not functioning after update PhantomAudio

The entire reason I got an Apple Watch was so I could monitor my glucose via this Dexcom follow app It worked beautifully at first I could quickly check my level by looking in the glances section of my watch That ended the day I updated to the very first software update for the watch I keep waiting for an update to the Dexcom app as has been the case with numerous other third party watch apps Not the case thus far Come on Dexcom This is important Please fix this ASAP     Doesn t work with new watch update Buffy McMuffin

Needs more than just the trend graph If I m entering my insulin carbs to my Dexcom it would be very helpful to see this info on the app It s crucial to know how much insulin you have on board Too basic for a very needed medical app     Needs more Fiestafly

The app pretty much does the bare minimum to be acceptable shows the same glucose data in the same timeframes you can see on the receiver and comes loaded with extra features which I find pointless sharing your glucose to select followers creepy There is one feature that would be life changing that I am hoping is on Dexcom s radar being able to see your glucose levels on your apple watch s watch face This is 100 possible using the watchOS 2 SDK Secondarily I hope there will be a robust array of settings for the various types of notifications the Dexcom system generated low high out of range etc and that we will be able to receive this on our wrists as we see fit It would also be nice to actually view the ancillary data like food and insulin on the phone s interface And a longer history for that matter Finally ditch the cartoons This is diabetes not a children s book         Many important features missing devPod46

After using for a couple days here is my feedback pretty good overall App needs iPad support App needs zoom and scroll and some kind of history access beyond 24 hours App needs support for landscape mode App is reasonable for upload services but I expect a lot for 1k US for the device associated and software                 Almost good enough RockinDaddy

Having my blood sugar displayed on the Apple Watch is AMAZING I use the watch setting that will display last used app rather than defaulting to the watch face and with a simple turn of the wrist I know where I m at I m checking much more often now not because I need to but because it s so effortless Get the watch and you won t be disappointed it might be one of the best things if not THE best thing you can do to track your levels                     Go get the watch Matsby

I received my new receiver yesterday and was thrilled I promptly set everything up and explained to my husband how reassuring this would be He works nights and was worried that a night time low would be missed and untreated I ve lost consciousness 3 times in 2 weeks from hypoglycemic episodes in the middle of the night The theory of SHARE is wonderful The function of SHARE doesn t meet expectations of that technology Receiver will not stay connected to my phone or his and requires resetting about every 15 30 minutes Please please please fix this bug so it has better connectivity and delivers on it s promises         Won t stay connected VocaloidOtaku88

The concept of this app is great but the lack of a low high alarm is a bit frustrating I m sure that this is because of FDA regulation Even still it would be nice if I could eliminate any need to carry around the remote in my pocket         Okay but could do more bentley322
