The app was a pain to use before why no iPad version among other things but this update makes it far far worse Filtering is now useless and it contained incorrect delivery times fir several restaurants in my city Pathetic Marginal got worse

Beware of hitting Checkout thinking its going to take you to the payment page You may already be on the payment page Its just that all the options like tip amount and promo code are below the fold I just inadvertently checked out with a default tip of 10 and before I was able to enter my 15 promo code Confirmation doesnt have a way to contact customer support Atrocious interface
They charge a delivery fee I used this app to have food delivered from a restaurant I didnt realize was in Gurbhub The app order added a 2 delivery fee which gets taxed Not sure if this is every order but I didnt like that The rest of the app is simple and easy to use but for food Ill stick to the the others Great app But
So much faster than before and a lot easier to navigate than other food ordering apps Oh and 6 stars for letting me order booze My new favorite

No excuse for not having an iPad version of the app by now This app is really laggy and has a bad user experience If they dont majorly overhaul I wont be ordering from them again No iPad version slow and unpleasant to use

TERRIBLE customer service Enough reason to avoid downloading this app or using the service at all Zero stars all around only gave it 1 star because I had no choice in order to leave this review Zero stars for their customer service

Ive been using delivery for a really long time its just great a lot of merchants especially in NY NJ area very good user experience on both the website and mobile appthey are basically the same The UI just look so much better than seamless or anything else I think many of the reviews for this app is misleading because you have to separate merchants from Delivery and Delivery shouldnt be blamed for others management issue As far as delivery services go Delivery is at least one of the best Great service and great app
The app knows where youre but for some reasons lists restaurans that are 10 miles away from you right after your next door pizza place You only find out youve ordered from a place on the other side of the country once your guts are inside out digesting itself up Sorry for writing that nasty review Im hungry and really frustrated Awful experience

I used to love this app but once they charged me for a delivery that I didnt get I sent an email to costumer support and they said theyd make the refund in 5 business days It was 2 months ago I was trying to reach them by phone and email but I never got any answer and of course I never got my money back Personally I am not using this app anymore and I am not recomending to anybody They stole me

Redesigned but still flawed Im logged in I have my addresses saved why do I have to manually enter my address to search for restaurants let me choose from my saved ones At the least use location services to determine where I am Irritating Save my info

Love this app used it all the time to order yummy food Used that is until this week Apparently it only worked during Daylight Saving Time Now it says all the restaurants are closed for delivery next delivery time is the next daywhen it is just lunchtime and EVERYTHING is open Fine Ill just use the phone and call the restaurant and they will deliver to me anyway but that method sorta makes the app not worth the screenspace I want my instant reorder of favorites back Im whining pathetically here okay Mangled by time change
