The code is always wrong I cant activate my account I cant even creat a account
Ive tried to set up an account five times and each time the app tells me the activation code Im entering is wrong Im entering the EXACT code Im being texted Twice it has also said the app is having problems and to delete the app and download it again from the App Store Total crap Cant even activate to try it out
Received an email today saying if I Download the App Id receive a coupon for 20 game play Attempted to set up an account Failing multiple times I eventually gave up Issue with creating an account App couldnt link text code received with phone number Would advise making sure the app is fully functional before releasing promos with false promises So much for the 20 promo

What a turkey I got an email to sign up and get 20 free bucks in game play Then when I got my activation code app keeps telling me it is invalid I finally tried for a new code and now it says there are multiple iOS And there is no record of me accomplishing sign up Wont let me create account

However it doesnt do much The only things important on this app are the recharge option ticketpoints balance and the offers button if they had any I wouldnt dare recharge on this app You might as well go instore and do it at the front desk or a kiosk App works fine with no issues

Take my advice and dont reload your power card through this app Youll be charged twice for your transaction I made two separate purchases to reload my card in the amounts of 20 and 29 49 total I noticed the next day that I was charged an additional 49 but still only received one transactions worth of points added Trying to contact support and see what the problem is and trying to get a refund DONT RELOAD YOUR CARD THROUGH THIS APP
Downloaded app and tried to create an account They send you a text message with an activation code The code they sent did not work Tried it again with new code still did not work The error said to uninstall and reinstall so I did and got a third code which did not work either Uninstalled for good Doesnt even work
So perhaps the title is a bit harsh since I wasnt able to even create an account but I suppose thats the friggin issue It sends you a set of six numbers activation code via sms and after inputting copy and pasting into the app you are prompted to create a password then it comes up with an error message saying that the activation code is incorrect I tried numerous times and also had them send me numerous different codes with the same results Just frustrating Crap App
Listen the app works great It doesnt charge you twice you pay twenty dollars or whatever and it puts that much money also on hold for one business day then you get the money back The app does what its said to do Stop complaining and pay attention its a good app Pay Attention
