이 앱을 구매한지가 꽤됐는데 한동안 사용을 안하다 이번에 PC를 새로 바꾸게돼 사용을 할려니 작동이 안돼네요 현재 패드 에어 아이폰6 인데 아직 지원이 안돼서 그런가요 혹시 그 문제라면 하루빨리 업뎃부탁드립니다        작동이 안돼네요 ㅜㅜ

안녕하세요 다름이 아니라 제가 아니튠즈 계정이 두갠데 잘안 쓰는 계정에 리모트를 결제를 해놨는데 자주 쓰는 계정으로 바꾸려고 하는데요 이미 결제를 해놔서 그런지 아이튠즈 백업을하면 사용을 할수가 없어서 이렇게 물어봅니다 방법이 있다면 꼭좀 부탁드립니다 ㅠㅠ 계정 환불말고 계정 이동만 시켜주시면 되고든요 중복 결제 하기엔 큰돈이라서 이렇게 메일 남겨요 꼭좀 알려주세요 참고로 미국계정인데 한국계정으로 욤ㅠㅠ 나의 iPhone에서 보냄              구입한어플인데 계정 바꿀수있나요

좀 답답합니다 화면도 졸라 끊기고 집이 아닌 외부에서 쓰려고 하면 안됩니다 설명이나 좀 제대로 해주건가 그것도 아니고 돈 낸게 아까워서 계속 쓰려고 하는데 직장을 다니는게 아니라서 효율성을 못찾겠네요 와이파이가 아니면 못 쓰던데 구글 계정도 안되구요 아이디어는 좋은데 참 만들어놓고 니네 알아서 써란 느낌 잘 모르면 돈 낭비 했다는 느낌입니다        좋은건지 안 좋은건지

저는 아이패드로 이 어플을 1년넘게 사용해왔는데요 대부분 해상도 1024 768로 사용해서 그냥 그화면그대로 쓰고있습니다 저말고도 아이패드로 사용하신다면 인터넷영화도 보고 게임을 하면서도 요 해상도 화면사이즈는 그대로 쓰는분이 거의 대부분일겁니다 그런데 인터넷을 하건 게임을 할때건 마우스 오른버튼을 눌르려 할때건 이런 손가락 두개를 이용한 마우스 기능을 사용 할때면 수시로 휠기능이 아닌 확대축소기능이 작동할때가 너무많습니다 두손가락을 집은 상태에서 상하는 휠 좌우는 확대축소인데 손가락두개를 누른상태에서 손가락이 상하 90도 270도의 칼같이 정확한 직각에 조금만이라도 벗어난 다면 그러니깐 아주 약간이라도 대각선 방향을 이된다면 휠기능이아니라 확대축소기능만 계속 써집니다 화면이 작은아이폰이면 확대축소기능을 자주쓰니몰라도 아이패드용까지 왜 이렇게 만들어놨는지 사용하면서 너무 짜증납니다 종종 패치가 되는 어플이니 패치가 되겠지 아이패드용이라도 바뀌겠지 했는데 이제는 패치 뜸해지고 아이패드사용자에게 이짜증만나게하는 기능을 끄게하는것도 안되고 해서 이렇게 건의드립니다 제발 화면 확대하는 기능을 끄고 킬수있게 옵션에 만들어주세요 아이폰으로 사용할때는 확대축소 사용할 필요성이 많은 건 이해하지만 아이패드에서 이기능은 사용할 필요조차없고 사용하는사람 짜증만 나게 하는기능입니다 아이패드사용자도 고려해서 만들다만것같은 이런기본적인 기능은 고쳐서 업데이트좀 해주세요     제발 업데이트좀 해주세요

아이폰으로 쓰다가 아이패드에서 사용중인데 패드있으신분들에게는 정말 들고다니는 피씨입니다 저는 폰으로쓸때 외근중 엑셀편집하고 메일도 보내고 작아도 활용 가능하네요 처음엔 원격지원받아 쓰다가 지금은 부모님 동생 집피씨 회사피씨 다 제가 설정해놓고 필요할때마다 사용중입니다 ㅋ활용팁을 드리자면 부모님집은 부모님이 뭐가안된다할때 가지읺고 바로 도움을 집피씨는 크레이지로 영화 받아놓고 airvideo 로 바로 시청하고 회사에서는 문서 공유나 편집을 해서 상사에게 제출 가능하네요 다들 이왕산거 최대한 활용하는 방법을 찾는게 좋을것같아요 ㅋ 참고로 전 알바아닌 크레이지리모트를 써오던 일반인입니다                 이정도 어플이 또있을까요

I cant connect externally anymore on my ipad 2 after the new update It works when Im at home when Im on Wifi but once I leave the house I cant connect over 3G or Wifi and I tried everything Please fix this fast because I use Crazyremote for work           Doesnt work anymore after update

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the FPS and bitrate information bar at the top of the screen I cant find the option to turn it off neither in the app options section the spinning wheel nor in screen quality section Work Mode Entertainment Mode etc Personally I cant see a point in having such a bar at the top If it was to say suggest any connectivity issues low FPS and bitrate there are other tools other appssoftware which seem more suitable for such a task And not only doesnt it seem suitable for the diagnostics task but it also takes up space which on devices like smartphones is really valuable as well as is simply distracting Imagine watching a movie you cant watch on the phone itself without using CrazyRemote with such a bar with constantly changing content at the top I guess I wouldnt be the only one having difficulties to fully focus on something I would want to watch Of course if someone finds such a bar useful let them have it there However there should be an option to turn it off which I cant find for those to whom it doesnt seem useful and for whom it is too distracting What I would also insist on is returning to the solution that once either the Shift or the CTRL key from the key display option is pressed it remains pressed until it is unpressed again Needing to hold them down while wanting to select multiple files is just unwieldy I dont use iOS8 yet so I dont know whether its a standard thing in it or not but a minor albeit a bit irritating thing is the lack of borders on the main screen between Computer List Recent and Go to Homepage as well as seemingly a bit too sharp text for example the version number I know you dont have to or need to look at it all the time but upon finally loading up the app it is a bit eyestraining Apart from all that everything else seems perfectly fine              Good in General But with a Bit to Improve on

두달째 쓰고 있는데 요새 워낙 쟁쟁한 원격 앱들이 많아서 그런지 잘 모르겟습니다 스크롤 기능하고 화면 속도좀 개선했으면 좋겠네요 그리고 키보드 기능은 아주 별로라고 말하고 싶습니다           그냥 무난한 원격 앱입니다

If you use a iphone 5 grab a lightening to hdmi adapter and get a wireless gaming controller you can play more than just your old emulated favorites without havinv to be stationed or fiddling with all the oldschool wires used to be me before emulating but you can also play whatever your pc plays with a halfsecond to fullsecond delay depending on location wifi strength and so on it is effectively a platform game in and of itself                 Best pc game streaming possable

The developers want feedback in order to improve This used to be hands down the fastest and best RDP app on the App Store Ever since the 240 update the app has been extremely slow On 230 I used to keep the resolution set the 1080p because there was no serious issue with the speed Now on this new version the app is extremely slow even on the recommended resolution I have a friend whos yet to upgrade and he used my phone and immediately noticed the drop in speed Im thinking that from now on instead of using this app Ill just run home do what I have to do on my PC then run back to my previous destination That would be faster than this app     Hate to be a downer but

Come on people You need a really fast router for wifi streaming and strong internet connectivity to use it remotely The people who are leaving bad reviews are either people with a bad internet connection or havent taken the time to setup the tool although the one about going backwards is true Best remote for streaming though                 Common Sense

The app is great The only way to improve it would be to make the mouse on the computer not be present on the client device This would give the illusion of non latency not that its too bad now Keep up the good work 5 stars if not for that              If not for latency perception

this app has changed how i use my ipad ipods i started out logging into my home pc to start downloads from work as i grew used to the controls i started experimenting with it now my home pc isnt plugged into a monitor at all i customized my home pc to provide me the pc power that i am limited to on my ipads using advanced virtual pc environments i turned 1 pc into 3 viable pcs one for me wife and child currently i just got the new pc game D3 and it works amazing im so very impressed we watch movies music games it supports bluetooth keyboards Ive tried many programs that all claim to do what this does this one is the pro the only limitations i have found is due to lack of a mouse but its truly a limitation of the i devices and not this app Thank you this app has changed my families life                 works so well impresses me every day

I tried the lite app and was fooled it works super great when u on the same network your PC is on But I downloaded a remote PC app not a app for me to sit at home using my iphone to use my pcthought it had some promise but was disappointed by it All these fake 5 stars is just that stay away if looking for a real time remote app     Stay away

I got this application quite a while ago and was able to run it without any problems The problem is that you need to port forward if your having problems connecting via Network or Wifi Im not even able to connect locally anymore for reasons that I Cant seem to figure out If it werent for the ability to connect via google this app would not be functional at all I have tried to port forward but still cant seem to get it to work If they could clarify a few things and have a better FAQ I would give a 5 I highly recommend it because even if you cant get it to work locally or externally you can always use google              Great but hard for newbies to VNC
