Works great for the privacy partbut you have to buy a callingtext package and it cheats you out of minutestexts Ive used 35 texts it says Ive used 42 I had to pay 5 for 130 texts           Great for privacy

As like everyone else has said This latest update has ruined my favorite app You can no longer see my received pictures you cannot tell when someone is online or typing and it even removed the read time stamp All those things were critical in making the app what it was Basically now it is no better than just regular texting PLEASE fix this and take it back to the way it was before     Horrible Update

For the basics this app is decent however the upgrade eliminated 23 key features which has made the app virtually useless It eliminated the ability to view when friends were online and when they were typing It has also lost the time stamp feature on the texts themselves Not to mention that the UnreadRead needs to be in a different color so it is viewable Lastly the typing and receiving of texts had become terribly slow and annoying Overall Cover needs to restore these features ASAP because this was a terrible upgrade In previous versions of this app it would have garnered a 4 or 5 star rating     Terrible Upgrade

It worked great until the last update and then it will not open anymore on my iPod Total waste of money     What happened

Was looking to just hide texts from certain contacts Doesnt do that exactly        Not as useful as it can be

Cover was the best app at what it was doing I thought to reserve judgment and see how the new version worked before I sent off an emotionally charged review The lose of ability to see if anyone is online and seeing that they are typing is the worst thing that could have been done If anything make it an option to see if typing or online Next the new background makes it very difficult to read I did find where I could change the background and gave it the night sky so I can read my texts Another thing is the read and unread should be in different colors Also all time stamps should be preserved or made an option at least Next is the slowness of the typing It has become arduously slow and cumbersome To login even I have to select one key at a time and wait till it registers This needs to revert back to the old version or give us the option to use these new upgrades If anyone comes up with a new app that is like the old version I would switch immediately Previously I endorsed this app to all that could benefit from it It went from a 5 star app to a 5 star app One star is all it allowed but that is to high for this app now Please read your reviews and take action or smby put out a new app like the old one Worst upgrade ever Completely untested by consumers This is the new coke of apps     The New Coke of apps

The most recent update has fixed everything Finally back to our old app working quickly but with a new look I was really disappointed with the updated look because it caused so many horrible changes but the newest update has corrected all the bugs Once again I would highly recommend the app                 Our App is Back

I was so disappointed when the last update took away the online and typing features Now that they are back this app is better than ever For those users complaining about not being able to see the sent and received photos try going to the main messaging page and pulling it down That feature is still there It is just hidden unless you swipe down Thanks again for a great app                 Thank you for listening

A bit confusing to figure out and I wish they would add a timer feature to the camera           Pretty happy

Yeah its pretty but please bring back the features that show when contacts are online and when they are typing And Im really missing the quick link to pictures via my sent and my received Hope you bring these features back Please     LOVE the appHATE the upgrade

If your app is sluggish try deleting your chat history and restart a new chat This works for me and the app is more responsive Still missing the notification that the other party is typing     Workaround for sluggishness

The new update overnight ruins this app I can no longer see when my friends are on line and I cant see if they are typing That was such an important part of this app My pictures are gone AND if you save a picture from a message it says it saved in your photo album but I cant find the album or the picture It used to save it to your vault in the pictures Please bring that back I love love loved the app before the update but now Im actually sad I want the old features back Cover ME Please send an update and bring back the old features PLEEEEEEAASSSSEE     APP ruined COVER MEPLEASE FIX

The new upgrade is terrible The screen is more difficult to see and you can no longer see when someone is online or typing This should at least be an option The new screen now looks less like a regular texting screen too which is not optimal It seems to me also in earlier versions they also used to let you have the option of creating a faux cover for your messages without an extra charge I hope the creators of this application see all the negative feedback and change it back to the way it was     Terrible upgrade

This new update is awful Theyve taken away key features that originally attracted me to the app online status being able to see when friends are typing timedate stamp of when messages were sent Also extreme slowness and getting a black screen when trying to view an image that you dont realize is still loading since theyve taken away the visual load I also noticed that there is no longer a gallery for photos that are sent or received unless you saved the photos to your vault This is such a disappointment Did no one QA these enhancements before release This is a huge step back     Terrible

Update was a travesty App wont open at all now lost all previous content and previously paid credits Developers are now money hungry and update was not well executed Not to mention the update has features that no one desires They are now making you pay for the simplest of options and your privacy is no longer protected since it now sends your contacts a invite I normally dont write reviews but after spending money on this app via refills the app and update should at least be functional and better than the last version It is clearly not and wont even open which means my content is lost Avoid avoid avoid I wish there was a way to give negative stars for review By far the worse experience of any app on the market so far Dont say you werent warned Avoid You do not want to start using this app then be unable to view your previous contentcontacts and numbers if not saved Saved you ask Yes the app is supposed to help keep you covert so some users dont assign names to numbers Imagine if the app was the only place you had the number for covert communications Too bad Gone with the untested terrible app update I know you were taught to never trust a stranger but trust me avoid at all costs Just use dark room or another option Someones job should be on the chopping block after such a horrible unfinished untested and unreliable excuse for an app update Tried to still use after latest update on 730 but app still wont open and crashes even after uninstall reset install and update Still trash Funny how my review is not showing up even after days of posting Perhaps my review got my access blocked     Avoid at all costs

I downloaded the update and now I cannot get into the app I get notification that I have messages but the app crashes when I try to open it Do not upgrade if you have IO6 it clearly is not optimized for IPhone 5 despite what the developers say     Update Destroys App on IO6

With this update they removed a lot of features You cant see if anyone is online or typing If this was just for appearance change it back I cant find any of the pictures or videos for my conversations before this stupid update Please change it back or fix these issues     Worst update

I like this software I like idea of it I like being able to send private messages either to fellow coverme users or covertly to people youd rather not share your contact details with However there are a lot of issues with adding private contacts not being able to see who is calling even though person is in private contacts attaching pics to contacts editing profile and the list goes on        Concept great but functionality not great

Its not fair that I cant get a number from the state Im in You should have numbers for all 50 states I hope you can fix this cause I want to use this app Please fix Update still waiting for my state to be added thanks for not listening to reviews     Cant use it

It was wonderful until the latest update in the last day or so Its slow and clunky some of the features that originally sold me on the app appear to be missing WHY     WHAT HAPPENED w latest update

The App works great until I backed my phone up and restored to a new one After I restored on the new device I lost all of my information in the vault Really frustrating        Works Great but Beware

Kudos to the coverme team for responding so quickly to the outpouring of outrage over the bungled first update They quickly resolved all issues and brought all of the old features back This is the best app of its type on the market                 Back to perfect
