This unit conversion app is OK Lots of eye candy but not quite the best one out there For something really usable and practical try Globe Convert Pro Its OK not the best one out there

bought this ap used it once came back few months later when wanted to convert units and could not get to work keep booty me off do not waste you 99 cents

The currency range is utterly bizarre Many main trading currencies are very surprising absent eg Qatari Riyals Sort this out and you have a very nice app for iPad Good but not good enough

I wrote a review asking for cubic feet and liters HELLO THEYRE ON THERE I see now my bad My Mistake

The UI needs a major overhaul Way too much tapping is needed Tap to select a box then tap to select the units Way not just be able to drag them You can drag them out why not just drag them in too Then tap the unit to bring up the keyboard and it covers a bunch of the other units So if I want to see one of those I have to tap again to dismiss the keyboard then tap AGAIN to bring back the keyboard to enter another value On the iPad youve got enough real estate why not just have a dedicated place for the keyboard Overall it almost feels like the developers went out of their way to make this as difficult to use as possible Pretty bad UI

It crashes so many times I notice if I let it go over two days old it wont update and crash People dont buy it I know it is only 99 c but it will occupy your space Crap

Not worth buyingIt continuously crashes and you cant even type in any numbersso whats the point of this App Crash App

I bought this app mainly for currency exchange Much to my surprise you cant add currency on it Please add Dominican Peso Let us add Currency

Great app I used it all the time on my iPhone However the iPad version has problems Fortunately I only paid 099 for it because it crashes every time I use it The currency converter function pops up with an error message saying that the currency update is over 233 days old then when it tries to self update the app crashes The developer sites support link is broken so I have no idea how to resolve it My advice buy another app for conversion This one was good but the iPad version has bugs that make it unusable The are lots of other good converters out there Crashes every time I use it currency converter over 233 days old wont update

It doesnt even have my countries currency this is useless and not worth the buy plenty of better apps out there Worthless

Love this converter app I use it all the time Automatically calculates and displays values for all units on screen not just the one you have at the topthis is helpful as not to waste time having to highlight the unit your looking for before it calculates Very nice Simple easy great looking

I am not a scientist or an engineerjust a regular person I noticed another reviewer criticized this for lacking units that Ive never even heard ofbut for someone like me this has everything I need without anything extra to confuse me Converter for iPhone is my most used app by far and I love this version for iPad It takes great advantage of the extra spaceits well thought out intuitive and pretty I am sure it will stay one of my favorites for years to come Wonderful version of my favorite iPhone app

I can not imaging that anyone cooking would need the Volume units Acrefeet or Cubicyards How about giving us a conversion tofrom US Gallon then I could actually see a use for the Acrefeet or cubicfeet if I want to calculate my monthlyannual water consumption Further zero response to postings on Developers support website Volume Cooking gives acrefeet but not US Gallon poor support

Traveller503 Im sorry you had trouble with Converter Converter crashed for you because the Bank of Canada published a corrupt exchange rate file Ive put a temporary fix in place until they correct their exchange rates file and users should not experience this crash again Ive also fixed the support pageI forgot to hook it up the last time I moved the site to a new server Sorry about that Architechies Responds

This app may be ok for the layperson who is traveling But it is not for a scientist or engineer Many types of conversion and units are missing One glaring example is the heat tab It only converts temperatures It does not covert between KWH and BTU Nowhere to be found is the Newton Joule or horsepower This app is just plain lacking Suggestion to the guy who made this app Do some research and look at free converters for the PC which do much more Disappointing
