My husband is legally blind and interested in etymology He is just starting to use an Ipad Air 2 with DICTATION to request a word and VOICEOVER to read the answer I purchased your etymology app because of the name Oxford classical reputation But after many attempts I found that although my husband can DICTATE a word to the search box and get a valid result YOUR APPLICATION does not allow VOICEOVER to read the text box of the search RESULT I have experiment a lot with the app and the iPad Settings and when VOICEOVER gets to the result text box with all the history etc it just makes a short noise and QUITS reading out loud Therefore for a sight impaired person this app is useless         J asks J asks

this app only provides the exact break down of the word and it s derivation No description of the history or evolution or story behind the word for greater contextual meaning as proper etymology books would The app therefore and is a disservice in this regard not in fact a book of etymology and I will seek a refund     App is Barebones Not Worth the Purchase xxxx xxxx
