It weighs in at only 1.1 MB to download. The new Common Core Standards app version 1.2.0 has been updated on 2014-11-19. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. This is a well organized app with iCloud syncing and capability of keeping notes across devices The big bummer is the retrieval of those notes and the inability to edit a note once it is saved The app simply crashes Organization of notes and search capability of notes would be most appreciated             Decent but notes have MeesheeLou

It would be really nice if there was a way to tag or bookmark my specific grade level subject area so I didn t have to navigate through 2 3 extra screens every time I want to check on a standard             Good reference but Lymestar45

A couple reviews label this app as useless without explanation of the reasons for that opinion I m not sure if the opinion is based on the quality of the app or a political view against the standards Nevertheless for states using the CCSS this app is a great reference tool The menu system makes it quick and easy to find the standards you are looking for It lists standards and their college and career readiness corollaries It makes it much easier to find or browse standards as you prepare lessons It also offers a search function that helps for quick access to whatever standard you may be looking for A must have for educators using the CCSS                     A very useful reference tool Reason is not found in a Book.

This app lets me swipe quickly between standards and make notes in each standard I am still getting familiar with them I am student teaching now and this app is used weekly if not daily Thank you for putting common core all in one place                     Easily navigable amussulin

Love how it s organized by subject and grade level and how I can pull it up at anytime without having to browse the Internet for the standards My only complaint is that there should be some resources for the science and SS as well but most of it sort of interlinks with math and ELA                     Convenient and organized Bjs930

This is an incredibly useful reference for lesson planning and TPEP but is incomplete as it does not include the ELP English Language Proficiency standards that are part of CCSS                 Useful but incomplete CHeidner

The Common Core Standards App is a good app for any teacher parent or student who is always on the go and may need a quick reference The app is organized according to standard I do recommend that you explore and get familiar with the content once you download the app Not all standards and procedures are in this app Once you have found out what content is available to you it will be easy to use This app does not replace the Common Core Standards that you would find on your state education website                     Common Core Standard App Jo Ann Vivas-EDT

I m working on my CA teaching credential and this is very helpful I only wish that I could favorite a standard to find it easier while working on a lesson plan for that specific standard Also it would be great if the ELD standards were included Otherwise this is such a great idea Thanks                     So Helpful KristinOtto

Though I wish I could increase the font size and I would love a search feature this app is one of the most utilized apps on my iPhone and iPad I wish I knew where the Math 7 Accelerated standards came from I can t find them on the CA website yet I ve been required to teach the course all year without being given the standards Arg Love this app and have spread the love to all of my colleagues                     Couldn t survive without it yesmuseum.org

Currently I am in graduate school pursuing two Masters Degrees General and Special Education This looked like a great app to help me reference while creating lesson plans and once downloaded my thoughts were correct But I noticed that the standards for Social Studies and Science grades K 5 are not available on there and I think it should definitely added This change would make the app better and make my rating of 3 stars turn to a 5 Thank you             Missing grade K 5 Soc Studies Science mnb38
