I have been using Comic Storm since I have had an iPod I understand the need for ad revenue However the use of video is very intrusive and loud The first time it popped up with no warning was in the middle of the night I was half asleep relaxing and my gf was sleeping I don t mind helping pay upkeep for one of the best apps out there however intrusive advertising is unacceptable Disappointed you took this route with your business and loyal users         Unacceptable JVK1313

It used to be great Then for some reason the developers decided to change everything about it Before I used to open a folder with 1 click and open a comic with 1 click Now I have to click and confirm for everything and the icons are not intuitive To open a folder I have to click on the folder Then I have to click on a book icon to confirm that I want to open it Not to mention all of the organization got screwed up Lots of missing comics the ones that I have are randomly in folders and in the main screen This has got to be the worst update in the history of app updates     2 0 is a piece of crap 1RSK087

the new update is unfortunately a major letdown I can t find access most of my comics 20gb anymore while they still take space on the ipad the new design the usabiltity needs work as well for starters a better distinction between folders and comics     Not a good Update Blip1287

I use this app to read my comic books that I have stored on Google Drive The new User Interface is not very intuitive and I lost some comics that I had before the latest update I hope that the UI is streamlined or maybe even better yet reverted back to the old one         I preferred the previous UI Can not see images

It used to work perfectly until I updated the app now it won t read all the comics I put in in fact it fails to register the existence of 500 other comics I ve put into the app If this is fixed then I ll change my rating till then I shall be looking for another app to use     Doesn t work anymore alej15pr

I loved this app It allowed me to organize and keep a good collection And then the new update came I was excited about the folders on the main screen until I found out that about 2 3rds of the comics I had on here were now gone I am hoping it gets fixed bug now I am searching for a new reader app just in case So disappointed right now     Why Smshook42

So this app could easily earn 4 5 stars What keeps it from doing so for me is the meat of what this app is for reading comics When reading a high res comic you need to zoom in which this app does well The issue comes when you want to go to the next page Rather than letting you turn pages like normal you have to zoom back out turn the page then zoom back in This is very cumbersome and other comic reader apps do this much better and some without ads             So close to great tehjoester

When I first started using this app I had no problems It was very easy to download comics from the internet or other sources such as Dropbox and google drive And once downloaded which didn t take long at all the picture was very clear and easy to read The format of the app is easy to navigate and it is easy to figure things out without a manual However it soon began crashing and force closing often as soon as I opened it or tried to open a comic I am not sure if this is because of the app or because my iPod is several years old but I have no had this problem with other apps I have tried deleting it and re downloading it but without much success My friend who recommended it to me has not had this problem so I would still recommend it for reading comics or other cbr files             Very good app but frequent crashes untitled file

When I import my comics from the web sever it automatically locks the comic and I never set a password for it And you guys don t have a website or support email so I have to resort to writing a review to get my issue solved         Locks my comics ray-jr

It s a great app for anyone who love to read comics on the go With tons of ways to transfer your favorite comics to your iPhone The Web server feature is my favorite and really nice for transferring your archives directly from your PC over your local wifi connection It s simple and quick I love it There are a few things I would love to see that I think would make this app even better tho adding customizable page view settings fit to page height width etc filename scrolling in list view prevent page change next prev page while zoomed in or an option to toggle on off adding mega co nz to list of storage services Over all a great app 5 5                     Awesome Ylapointe
