It wasnt anything like it was described to be No explanations no flow only videos were colored lights that you dont watch because your eyes are supposed to be closed Dont bother

This is one of the best chakra meditations Ive found improves and radiates each chakra together Humming in an all around sense very nice Magical

This app is great It just needs some finetuning and it would be perfect Like for instance if the Videos didnt just stop abruptly if it was a nice Solid flow through the Chakra videos I do like now that you can pick one chakra to work on Love love love this app but please hear me and finetune it I would give it 5 s So Very Happy
