The amount of animosity I hold for this app is unparalleled Why does it log us out immediately after leaving the app TouchID is not hard to implement I don t understand why it isn t already The UI is unfortunate and takes away from the usability of the app e g The submit button hidden below the keyboard The one good thing to come from this app recently is being able to see the balance without the onerous process of typing out a password Every Time     Unsatisfied alexluc96

I love this new update The entire lay out is so much easier and more joyful to use I would always make a mistake in transferring money between my accounts but it seems to be less likely to mess up now Things are just organized better and I absolutely love it Thank you CB you re the real MVP                     Love the update DJ 8163
This app is terrible Every time I try to log in it asks me security questions that I have never set up and it ends up locking me out of my account I end up having to reset everything because of it I would love if they could fix this The app is the easiest way for me to deposit checks and now I can t PLEASE FIX THIS     Terrible cgabb08

I just got my account with central bank and was concerned when I saw the reviews for this app So I downloaded it anyway and sure enough I was greeted with a bunch of security questions that I had never set up So I decided to just go online and set up my account there Once I got there and set up my account online that is where I was able to set up my security questions So the I tried the app once more and woolah Problem solved Just set up your account online and then this app works just fine                     Works just fine Mandi791

I do not like this app It is not very accurate when it tells you the amount of money you have in your account You would honestly be better just keeping a paper transaction record than having to rely on this I hate that the transaction list is not up to date It take 1 3 days after you actually do a transaction for it to even show recent ones The banker set up our username wrong at the time of set up for our account so it was a good week or so before we were even able to use our mobile banking Sometimes it won t even let us log in it will give us some kind of error message or something Not at all please with this app and hope that they will make some major changes     Not Happy NGGxFear

I have banked with Central Bank since I was 16 I am now 27 I love banking with them would recommend any everyone to switch over to them After downloading using the app for months it is unreliable It is constantly asking security questions it says I need to update the app but there are never any updates or the app just isnt working This is my first review ever so that should say something I love Central Bank but I hate their app     Not worth it
Central Bank is probably the most disappointment and annoyed with any corporation in any capacity that I have dealt with this year It took an hour an a half to get my account set up The banker was not knowledgeable on the small business products The mobile banking app is full of bugs and requires constant calls especially with the remote deposit And the biggest thing was I transfer over because this was a bank that stated I could deposit money orders by remote deposit I confirmed with two bank representatives Once I set everything up I found out I couldnt which was a very important feature for my particular situation I have invested 1012 hours setting up my account which is way longer than it should have taken and now I am going to have to do it again Furthermore they dont have any Saturday hours or after 5pm hours making it very difficult to get your business taken care of     Not what it appears

The update for this did not work After it prompts you to enter your username it goes through a very long series of asking secret question after question without ever logging me in Very frustrating Its doing exactly what it did before the update     Update didnt work

I dont know if Im the only one having this problem after the update but ever since they updated it this week I havent been able to log in at all It asks for your user name and then asks security questions over and over again never logging you in Some of the security questions I know I never made an answer for Its absolutely awful     Frustrating
This app update did not improve in my opinion I was in love with the former options and used them multiple times weekly for all my banking The new app needs help before I feel the same for it This new version took away several important features that the former app carried Specifically Payment history viewing And The Memo option for payments Removing these two options seriously flawed this new app making it less user friendly Please consider updating the new app to the accessibility that the former app held You owe it to your loyal customers Thanks so much SM           Newer Version Needs Help
With the new update today central mobile is virtually unusable It has not always been the best app for online banking which is very frustrating in itself But at least it was functioning I cannot at this time access my online banking after entering my username and a series of security questions that do not pertain to me They are recycled over and over And over never allowing me to log in This is unacceptable Please someone fix these issues     Annoyed and frustrated

I was hoping the new app would be better than the old one But it has more limited access than the iPad app and the iPad app is very very limited as well I used to use the iPad to check my account for discrepancies with my own records and reconcile my accounts with my own records This app makes that much much harder and I cant even see the check number from the app Neither phone nor iPad app is convenient at all Very disappointed     Not an improvement

This app is worse than the original app I was hoping it would be better You have to activate every device you want to use including a laptop or IPad It is NOT user friendly to get setup If you have a spouse am they receive the text you receive to activate it in no way helps you set it up Then you are asked random security questions even if you have not set any up and locks you out Very frustrating I hope they will provide upgrades or I may look to bank elsewhere It is a shame I have bank with Central for over 20 years     Worse app ever
