The Centra Mobile is now available as a free download on Apple Store for iPhone owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 0.9 MB to download. The new Centra Mobile app version 2.4.9 has been updated on 2014-11-19. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. The old version was so much clearer and easy to read I have a 7 and everything is scaled for for a much smaller phone so everything on my phone is gigantic Now they also show all this unnecessary information taking up extra space I have to scroll even longer to find what I need The loading times are also much slower     I prefer the old version Mavethebandgeek

Originally the app looked like a phone app Basic clean and easy to navigate New update looks too much like the desktop view and is now harder to view on my mobile device Would prefer just get on a PC now         New update ruined the app Too much like a website now qshields39

The new app update has many features that are awesome such as totaling the cash amount of you accounts and the multiple transfers feature But one thing I dislike is the look and the functionality the old app was very minimalistic and was very easy to navigate The look of the app now is like it is straight off the internet and not made for an application         New update A lacrosse player

The new update is less than desirable I have been forced to renter all my information security questions etc After the hassle of all this the app simple doesn t perform I would not open saying I don t have service I can t view my mortgage or make a payment I can only view one page of my other account transactions What was a great app has become not even worth using     Update is horrible Dbl-b

Every time I attempt to log in it keeps telling me wrong user name or wrong Password then it locks my app telling me I have to contact my local credit union I don t know how many times I have had to go in person to get password reset only to have the same occurrence start all over again     Please fix Whatever .. I tried to deposit a check remotely using this app It let me enter the amount of the check without any warnings and then when I m finished taking pictures of my check it tells me the amount is too large to deposit this way Thank you now that I ve endorsed my check mobile deposit only A warning would be nice Update it won t even let me log into my account anymore It won t accept the answer to my security question Literally the worst app Unusable     Doesn t tell you anything PartyingPatty

This app has since it was released always been buggy There have always been times I couldn t log in this day or that day but it would always begin working either that day or the next However for the past several weeks it will NOT allow me to log in ever It will let me put in my user ID and the correct security image comes up where it had me put in my password and then it takes me to one of my security questions it s at this point that I can go no further as it just repeats asking the same question over and over and over Again it has done this exact same thing in the past but it s always started working again within a somewhat reasonable time I have tried removing my saved account info and logging back in which did nothing I then tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but that also did nothing Centra has gone WAY down hill in the past few years and they re very slow to resolve any issues I m so very sick of all the crap I have to deal with to remain a member of this credit union which I ve been a member of for 22 years Time to move on to another institution I think     Absolutely Horrible JasonAsher
