Need my money back This ap doesnt work and keeps crashing before its even open Waste     Awful

I am so curious to know who are the investors behind car2go who decided to put so much money in to such a cool concept yet hire the worst possible management Besides have the most user unfriendly website the company has developed half a dozen apps for its service Why Moreover two of them have so many bugs that they are practically impossible to use     Why does one company have 10 apps

Miles button doesnt work and needs ability to show charges to account           No miles and account info

I use it every day and I couldnt be more satisfied                 Its a lifesaver

Weve used CTG since the first days of the pilot in Austin This tool gets you together with a vehicle fast Mapping is real accurate That helps when you want to find a smarto in a crowded parking lot The reserve feature is a winner on those crowded days like SXSW when you MUST get a car I used the free version at first and was pleased with added features of the version                 Perfect app just what you need

It suggested a car 6 minutes away The lite version found one 10 seconds later but just 100 yards away     Didnt find nearest car

For the last year Ive been using this app and it works for the most part I can easily find the closest car and reserve it but if I want to see other Car2Gos in my area the map take me to the ocean just off of the African coast no good when youre in a hurry It also crashes from time to time I recommend using the RideScout App instead           Works sometimes

If you want to exercise for free DONT by buy application you will walk endlessly without finding the card has been pinpointed previously as available or in certain location Dont waste your money or time and just do a little bit of exercise for free     Waste of money

This app has the potential to be the end all for car2go booking except for the mentioned issues plus the poor customer support I emailed support telling them I was getting errors while trying to get the nearest car first response was in German after I got a standard email asking me to check my Internet connection really I used the book car feature the other day after booking I couldnt find the car with their map I had to use google and write down the address no copy and paste from the booking screen then enter it into google to find the car Wait a few versions before picking this up since you have a smart phone already just the car2go page to find cars        Not really needed

I loaded this Hit on the link to find out more about the developer and the app locked up on that page There is a close window button which does not close anything Dont waste your money        True garbage

If the app worked it would get higher praise Unfortunately it has the habit of both forgetting who I am but also locking me out I can only log in by reserving a car and it closes down if I attempt to cancel a reservation I am not impressed        Sometimes it works

I used the Lite version to find the closest car nothing more Account mgmt and all the extras I just do from my laptop Now the Lite version goes to a screen telling me to buy the Pro version the app then promptly quits Needing to find the nearest car while on the street I went ahead and paid the 99 cents It crashes within a few seconds The free version was squirrely the paid version wont even run So iPhone Car2go No Go Im using an iPhone 3g running iOS 343 I think charging for this app is questionable when you already pay to be a member and pay to use the service     Not working

Awful app Never works Just opens and closes immediately One star only because you have to pick at least one     Terrible

Bookings only shows you if you have any bookings What about being able to book a reservation It would make sense to designate the ability to reserve a car under bookings as well as manage current or historical bookings           Booking on Car2Go App

This app is a must if you are a member No wandering the streets or running to a computer to find a car I wouldnt use car2go if it werent for the app Yes slow sometimes but it gets the job done              Hand in Hand

I upgraded to iOS 7 and now the app quits to the home screen after I am asked to grant access Hope youre planning an update to fix the issue     After ios7 upgrade app doesnt work

It should be free with membership its what you can already do online For free That said 99 isnt too bad There should certainly be an I forgot my password option so you dont have to find a computer to get your password reset which just ends up taking you back to the previously mentioned free version of this           Its decent

Accidentally hit book instead of update and it just did it Can you add a dialog that asks if youre sure Thanks Otherwise awesome Worth 99 cents Especially since Ive had car2gos taken out from under me before when on the town haha              Great but could use a confirmation dialog

I use the app regularly without difficulties The staff at C2G are very friendly and helpful when I do have a time with the app So its all easy              Convenient

My lite version stopped working so I figured it was a ploy to make me buy the pro version So I bought it and now I have 2 completely useless apps on my phone The pro version wont even open At least the free version acts like its loading before it crashes     Dont bother it still doesnt work

Ive been using this app for a while now but a few days ago it stopped loading        Cant get it to work

Works great most of the time but every 45 times it freezes after a confirmation and there is no easy way to reload           Great when not frozen

I needed to find something I left in a car so I was told to search by license plate number It was not an option for the lte app so I downloaded this app as well as a 599 This app wont open and the other didnt do its function Ive spent 7 and still cant find the car Im looking for Ive asked for a refund and will update regarding their follow up on their bad recommendation     Car2go told me to get now it wont even open

Not impressed Ive had better luck with the free version I have to restart the app every time I want an updated list of vehicles which proved to be a pain since the app crashed every 1015 seconds while I was using it And I found three cars on the way to the closest one that the app didnt detect If you fix these bugs I guarantee Ill like it after all it gives me the ability to reserve a vehicle and none of the other apps have allowed that        Needs some upgrades

I like this app but one thing i hate is that when i make a reservation the location of the car2go disappears from the apps map and the option to see a separate map of your bookings never works You get a text msg with the location of the car which then you can copy and paste into the iphones map so inconvenient It would be a lot more convenient if the car you just reserved stayed on the apps map with something saying that thats your car2go           Needs improvement

Reserve within 24 hours Nooooo Thought this would be great but hit reserve and its yours You have 15 minutes No way to schedule Then I cancelled BAM Fee 271 This is apparently better than the free app for a trip calculator which is pointless because the service is time based           Got charged cancellation fee of 272

I received a technical difficulties message while trying to report a problem with the car I rented using the cars built in system Providing such feedback through this app would have been my second choice had it been available           Needs rental feedback option

As someone else pointed out car2go has too many apps in the store Whyi dont see any benefit to the Pro app vs the regular one The reservation system is cumbersome It also needs to be optimized for iPhone 5           cluttered
