Car Connection 2.0

Still works well but the change lost lots of features that worked well for those of us not tracking a whole fleet For ANYONE the app should be able to stay logged in but it cant No matter what you do the app forces you to re enter your PW every time even when its there from before Very irritating and should be easy to fix It also should be able to do the instant locate but that doesnt work on the app either You press locate and it just looks at you Nice try but revert back until things are functioning        Lost a lot of features

Love the new services Voxx added with 20                 Great App

The process to get ur account set up does not work Hopeful that they get this fixed     Not good

After getting the required 20 firmware update the new app works well A few bugs Sometimes requires to reenter login information after closing out even if the remember login box is checked Also on the vehicle settings screen the number pad is in the way when trying to enter cost of fuel to use in calculations so you cannot hit save Did not auto transfer over Remote Access capability to remote start vehicle that was enabled for my older 10 app for the Car Connection Elite prior to the upgrade to 20              Good improvements

It has been downgraded significantly from its early version It is a waste now We have cancelled the service and will find another device that provides the proper GPS information we need     DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP

This app is horrible Im thinking of getting rid of the car connect period because of this horrendous version of the app The old app was so much better this new application is garbage     Horrible

The previous version of car connection was great It had like one or two I wish it did thistoo items other than that it was terrific The new app tries to fit into the app Web 20 look and design and gutted half the functionality I agree with the other two reviews I cant see trips none of the find vehicle functions work anywhere pretty much the single biggest reason I bought it in the first place and the emergency button they added is indeed an emergency it crashes the app straight to your home screen Theyd better make some fixes fast because this isnt what Im paying 10 a month for        V1 to v20 huge downgrade

Many options on this apt dont work Geofence is one Once created there is no edit to change it You get the notice how to but that how to does not exist The d audiovox apt was great There was several days history where the vehicle had been but this apt is current location only A lot of work left to get this apt up to speed if the old apt     Car connection 20

POS They took the previous Car Connection app and made it pretty Does not seem to crash NEG Unfortunately they removed the functionality to see vehicle trip history in both the app and the website The UI is even less intuitive than the previous quite an accomplishment        Horrible

For the most Part i use the app for Tracking my car use of gas ect But with this app update they take away thats functionality and much more Geofence dont work Friend section seriouslyyyyyy for what Im not planing to invite or suggest this to any of my friends or enemies I think i been scam they change the app on me and it functions Do not buy the dongle Not wort it now     Terrible update dont buy this doungle

I think most of us use this device for the gps related information It is lacking in all areas of gps functionality It does not give you current speed locations are several minutes delayed at best You cant pull up a satellite view from your phone and now it does not show you the latest crumb trail from your phone I have yet to be notified when my vehicle enters or exits geofences Its a much cleaner look but seriously lacking in functionality I havent read the disclaimer but I sure hope they are not selling our information to insurance companies The app now feels far more like an insurance monitoring tool then a real time consumer based tool They will have to do a serious functionality upgrade or Im going to cancel my service        Needs work

This app looks so much nicer than the last one and the update includes a lot of new features like fuel savings No idea why some of these guys cant find the trips All you need to do is click on one of the scores from the home screen and there are lots of options for viewing everything The trips are under the driver icon on the bottom From there you can click on a trip for even more info Web page has it under driver as well                 Great Update
