I looked at 8 similar apps This was the best one and I have deleted the other seven Great app

Title says it all I dont need it to do anything special just record my BP and produce a report Does what I need it to do

Once you figure out how to create different types of profiles it is useful to track tests over time More templates would be helpful A few bumps

This is the best application I have found so far for storing personal medical data on my iPhone I am not sure that it is the most intuitive that it could be the symbols on the right would be better served perhaps by descriptive words I would like it if they just said history appointments allergies medications etc overall however I am very happy with it and I like that it will back up to various locations Good little app

Ive used this for about a year I keep basic info but mainly use it keep history of blood glucose readings It works without any problems I recommend this app Solid app

Every time I try to save a picture record of my lab work the app crashes Otherwise it looks exactly like what I wanted Please debug Crashes

I looked at many apps of this type This one is easy to use and has all the key features I was looking for Especially I wanted to be able insert written lab reports which it does A great app

I used this app for over a year to record all my familys health records but when the software upgrade was released I lost all the records I wrote an email to Capzule customer support there is no number you can call and the person who responded to my email wrote that sometimes happens I tried to restore from my back up but the Capzule backup software just hung and never worked I wrote another email further explaining the problem and did not received a response Do not trust Capzule with your important medical records Data loss

I absolutely love this app Everything at your finger tips when you need it The one gripe that I have is that it is not as easy to transfer information between devices as it seems I have had the app on my iPad and iPhone for several months and am still struggling to get the information to transfer between devices Great App

Ive been using Capzule for over 4 yrs terrific up Never an issue and always improving with every update I take it to all my Drs appointments and they all appreciate having it on hand walking steps glucose reading HR weight and all meds and vitamins I take Tried several Capzule works Great app

Will give it five stars when A add photo shot camera to personalize as well as take picture of medicine B add a drop down and horizontal scroll of calendar in month view only C access to any and all medical record formats Five star when this happens Very good app

After downloading and paying for multiple medical records apps this one by far is the most easy to use and flexible with nice interface I could use my iPhones camera to take pictures of my radiological imagingdoctors notetest resultsprescription etc to incorporate it into this data base Love the fact that I could upload PDF or scanned files from my computer Whats the greatest The ability to see everything happened to me in a timeline plot I can also manage my whole familys medical records as desired including my dog I have not try the printing of my Summary Record yet but the preview of it looks great 5 stars for being impressed and I rarely am impressed Great app

This app is quite comprehensive and allows for tremendous customization for labsstudies The detail it provides by trending is incredibly helpful to monitor response to treatmentsinterventions It takes a little effort to set up the data format but once in place is very easy to update and easier to track The output is a mini chart that can be shared as needed much like a portable medical record Well done Helpful Organizer with Trending

This is a good application Something causes it to randomly beep rather loudly Not cool when you are attempting to discretely test your blood sugar and give yourself a shot It also fails to open if data cant connect At work I frequently have to set my phone to flight mode to open the app so I can record my blood sugar Good app

I have been using this app for 2 months now and love it I am able to track drs visits medication info appointment notes and test results for the entire family all in one place So convenient and easy to use This is a fantastic app and highly recommend it for everyone but especially for busy moms Great

Strong medical records program Wish it had some auto fill functionality especially for meds Bar code scan for prescriptions seems a bit silly not sure that it will get me my scripts that way Otherwise nice to have all records in one place well organized Overall good

I love this app to keep up with all of my medical information I see several doctors regularly and they always want to know when this happened or when will this happen what medication changes etc and I have everything handy and ready right in my phone The upgrade is taking me awhile to learn reason for 4 stars but Im sure Ill get it and it will be a 5 star soon Its just hard for an old dog to keep learning new tricks but good for me at the same time I would totally recommend this app Love the app

This app although very good it is not the easiest to navigate Some sort of support or qA would be helpful For example getting your doctors info into the app is not intuitive Not easy to navigate

A bit of a learning curve but its ok I wish that scanning the barcode of a prescription produces the details about the prescription without you having to type it in I honestly dont know what the purpose of scanning the barcode does in this case Ok app

This app is a life saver I have a number of health issues and therefore I take a number of meds It helps me to organize the meds remind me when to take them I also keep track of all my medical appts I carry the app with me when I visit a doctor so that I have all the info with me I can likewise store test results Love this app and highly recommend it It is also very user friendly Wonderful app

I have used this app since my first iPad including uploading years worth of data I had been keeping in a spreadsheet I now have years of my blood tests weight BP etc I also use it to track and record all medical data so that it is actually more complete than my physicians chart for me In fact I upload the Superbills from my doc visits and have JPGs from a shoulder surgery saved in the package I cannot recommend it any more highly Outstanding
