I actually feel dumber for purchasing this I thought the sample windows were a preview no thats the whole app That is all it does It pretends to calculate caloric intake with zero regard to gender age or desired time frame It does not calculate the necessary caloric deficitsincreases needed to reach your goal or give suggested lifestyle changes to be successful Do not waste your money Youre better off taking you 3bucks and buying a box of little Debbie snack cakes Oooooooooopmybad
