Caffiend is the fast, fun and easy way to stay on top of your caffeine consumption. Many sleeping problems can be traced to drinking too much caffeine during the day. With Caffiend you can always ...
The UI isn t always intuitive And there s some bug that makes it so that adjusting servings doesn t necessarily update the caffeine intake Or sometimes you d go edit the number of servings after the fact and the caffeine intake doesn t change Additionally there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why some brands of coffee are added and some are not There is some data for Dunkin Donuts but not Starbucks     Poor UI Sad Database ShoGun1982
Easy enough to use nice that you can set favorites and quick adds or whatever they call them The caffeine total however I started a new day and added two glasses of tapwater which show caffeine values of 0mg and hydration values of 8oz each Back on the dashboard it shows my 16oz of hydration and 300mg of caffeine Moving on     Decent interface but NOT accurate echo6d
app is overbloated with some crazy types I only need to have water glass 200ml coffee 200ml cappucino 250ml but you cannot find them nor add them     not usable Dzonim
Very limited content You don t even have a Starbucks americano in your database I want my dollar back     Starbucks Seriously smylin rm
This app has positive features and an okay database for caffeinated drinks but has barely any database for drinks that hydrate without caffeine juices etc so trying to track hydration is impossible without tons of work The bar code scanning feature doesn t recognize my bottled drinks in this capacity either The other issue is that when you click a beverage you can t actually just choose the number of ounces it has to be in increments of 25 This is ridiculous Just let me choose the oz number from a drop down Over all needs more practical focus Lastly seemingly can t go back to add to a previous day to add if I ve forgotten something or it s after midnight but I want it included in the day because I m still awake per my doctor Super lame Hopefully these changes get instituted         Needs work spiralforward
They updated the app recently and broke the app It s always displaying random caffeine and hydration numbers for me now Barcode scanner is hit or miss whether it works     Massive Bugs in New Update MorseCode4650
Doesn t help at all you should be able to scan the product you drink into the app     Pretty horrible Berlapskin
The app crashes every time I try to open the feedback support option Also I would like the ability to edit journal entries If there were a way to visualize caffeine leaving my system this app would be perfect I will probably ask for a refund if these options aren t in development         Seems promising but fyshy
Good idea decent interface completely inadequate beverage database What I can t forgive is the app not being able to do the arithmetic The totals were not necessarily correct every day             Needs Work jsevier14
This app had great potential but for some reason it really doesn t record consistently Some of the information syncs to Apple kit some doesn t Some entries in the journal don t get included in the daily total and it doesn t sync well between Apple watch and iPhone I ended up with a mess of numbers and no way to really remember what double recorded and what was missed As I said great potential but it s more or less junk right now     Disappointing T dela P
I expected a much wider range of data The whole goal of this was to supplement my MyFitnessPal data with caffeine data MFP doesn t track caffeine This app only accounts for a handful of drinks on the market and makes it a pain to enter everything manually or in a lot of cases just guessing It s a good idea and the UI is fine but the data needs to improve Until then this should be a free app because the value it brings is not worth 2         Not total garbage but almost Aaagahandkgd
This app is just what I need unfortunately it s very unreliable Sometimes when you add a drink the caffeine doesn t show up Sometimes when you add water it doesn t show up Today I drank 4 X 17oz water The 4 showed up in the journal but only added to 51oz in the total and on the Watch I deleted a couple from the log and it showed 17oz of hydration Also the app doesn t work right with HealthKit Add a 67mg caffeine beverage and increment it to 134mg only 67mg shows up in Apple Health Argh Did I pay for this     Tremendous potential just not reliable JWLaxbro
I ve tried more caffeine trackers than I care to admit both free and paid for ones and this is by far the best one out there and it s still being developed Jawbone had a great tracker that I used for quite some time but it s been broken for over a year and isn t being developed Meanwhile this app continues to be maintained and updated by a developer who s very responsive to suggestions and bug reports Every bug I ve reported has been fixed and the developer has been polite and responsive to those bug reports There are still some features I d like to see but knowing that the app is being actively maintained I m sure they will show up soon The watchOS app is quite good now too under watchOS 3 Adding a drink takes just a few seconds if that I don t use the hydration feature as I already have a water tracker but for those that don t it s a nice bonus feature And for those that do you can turn that feature off Oh And one of my favorite features which really should be standard for these kinds of apps HealthKit integration This is very handy as it means your caffeine intake can be charted and historical results are available When used with other HealthKit enabled apps this allows one to track patterns perhaps seeing a direct correlation between one s caffeine intake and mood via a mood app tracker for example The possibilities are endless and I m thankful this app logs the data it collects into the Apple Health app as a result of this HealthKit enabling Kudos to the developer for a great app Keep up the good work                     Best caffeine tracker on the App Store vjl
There is a lot to love with this app for anyone needing to taper off caffeine First off the Apple Watch app is flawless in design and even has a round complication you can add to your watch faces Secondly it syncs with HealthKit which is a bare necessity these days I only wish the sync between HealthKit and the watch was smoother but this could be an Apple bug Also the database isn t too extensive but it is really easy to add a custom drink or supplement I guess going forward if the developers wanted to expand they could add other stimulants of abuse like ephedrine or adderall but why make it more complicated because HealthKit integration means all apps can share data and they each focus on one specific area then combine and create categories to compare For example a sleep tracking app like Pillow should be able to read data from Caffiend and make a chart showing how late you can dose up without ruining your sleep                     Does what you need and does it very well Xenogenex
Fix expresso misspelling It s spelled espresso and seeing expresso deters me from using the app     Fix expresso misspelling Qwertyfghjk16973
Easy way to track with integration with Health Kit and Apple Watch Some minor enhancements can be done when editing entries or ordering them Editing in ml unit would also be nice I will return and update it to 5 starts when the app gets there Keep up the great work                 Best Coffee and Water Tracker App sanappexpert
I enjoy the interface but was unable to find my drinks         Attractive but lacking Maavn
This app makes logging caffeine drinks and such pretty easy I drink too many energy drinks and this helps me gradually trim down Works with Health Kit by Apple too App devs are really responsive about getting new suggested items into the database Definitely recommend trying out the app                     Awesome app for keeping track of caffeine in health kit 白人Brian
Does not have most drinks Easier to just track on your own or with other more comprehensive apps     Waste of 99 cents Kiernan w
Caffeine tracking works well and integration with Health app is solid App is nicely designed I offered suggestions to the developers and they responded quickly saying that updates were in the works                 Nice caffeine tracker mf_music
I feel that I have a partial ap download because there is no caffeine info This is a journal and that is all it does Not helpful at all because I purchased thinking it was a helpful caffeine tracker It is a journal with no caffeine data to assist my quest to lower caffeine intake Where is the data to know how much caffeine is in an item I obviously misread Smh     Feeling cheated C@$$money
Great app I especially like that it syncs with the health app so you can track your water caffeine intake over time Personally I don t drink coffee I wish I liked the taste of it but I find it gross I ve tried it in all of its forms Therefore even though they are much worse for you I usually drink one energy drink a day I ve received a lot of criticism for drinking energy drinks because of the high caffeine content Don t get me wrong I m aware most energy drinks are packed with high fructose corn syrup which is almost pure poison which is why I try to drink ones that use pure sugar even though it s not much better for you I m using this app for two things and it does a great job at it 1 To show I m not consuming more caffeine than my friends and family who drink a TON of coffee each day 2 To track my caffeine to make sure I m not going overboard and to make sure I consume enough pure water everyday Some suggestions I d really like a way to organize my custom drinks I create by name Most of the energy drinks I drink aren t listed and they are all over the place A manual way to organize the drinks would be best Also maybe a way to upload a picture of your custom drinks or even ones that are preloaded Just for fun                     Great caffeine tracker xARKeDGEx
Very clean and accessible Highly editable Love the ability to make custom drinks and saving favorites on the front page                     Simple and customizable AshtonJ
The app has a simple workflow It could have fewer taps to perform necessary actions but once you set up your favorites and custom items it s very quick I d also like to see a caffeine timer like Jawbone coffee has The app could benefit from some performance tweaks and UX changes Besides those minor considerations the app is well worth it for quick simple and easy water and caffeine logging                 Simple workflow Mr. Feature
HealthKit times do not match log times Health kit logs time of journey entry instead of entered time Total caffeine does not match drinks after adding and deleting     Bugs bugs bugs Jontonsoup98
Quick entry is key for any tracker app and the makers of this one get that Despite my best intentions if it takes more than a tap or two to enter caffeine I don t do it Compares favorably to its competitors in the App Store Connects to Apple Health                 Best in Class _nathanlucy
Concept is nice but the journal needs a lot more work Dates and times are not properly sorted With the new test started all dates changed to 2016     Needs work PeterBates
Very good app to track your caffein intake but I can t believe Dunkin Donuts doesn t have their coffees listed                 What No Dunkin Draustin46
Much better than Buzz This is what I was expecting                     Good LGGF
For some reason all the caffeine trackers are terrible which is odd cause all you really want is to input a beverage food pill and log the amount of caffeine you have taken throughout the day This is exactly what food trackers do but with calories instead of caffeine How complicated is it Well this one at least lets you manually enter new drinks into the database and adjust the amount of ounces rather than the preset 8 12 16oz some trackers limit you to The limitations I ve found so far are A how the heck are you supposed to set one of your drinks as a favorite B the app asks you for permission to use your camera but it s not all together clear WHY it would use your camera Other people have said that the app won t let you adjust the time of consumption in the journal I haven t had a problem with that yet as I enter it shortly after drinking caffeine It syncs well with Health does t get bogged down with how well you re going to sleep at night but doesn t have all of its functions clearly well functional Overall it s better than the others out there             The best caffeine tracker on the App Store isn t really an accolade SpeaksForTrees
Can t set the time you drank the coffee Only lets you add an entry for right now Took me forever to set a favorite         Not worth it LouDoggyDoggyDogg
Caffeind is ok for tracking but it isn t accurate The home page shows the total correctly but when you go to the journal entries they don t all show up so those entries don t match the total Also there is no graph for the week or anything to see your progress             Ok GHillyer
I looked for a free app but I had problems entering information This app is simple for us simple minded folks My goal is to quit caffeine completely I ve done it before and after a week or so felt SOOOO much better This app will be a handy tool 4 stars and for 99 cents I m going for it                 Easy to use Qwerty08
Great database of caffeine products Simple and intuitive                     Fantastic app and great Health kit integration Emay5096
