The app was performing great as usual i m using it for a long time now but since the 12th of decembre the app is not working as expected I have two locations in c time and the timer is acting like if the app switch continuously between the two places A colleague at work is facing the same problem and also from the 12th of this month can you see what happens i can t give bad rating 4 stars causr i know bugs happened thank in advance you for your efforts                 A bug Gonabil

This is the easiest and most effective time tracking I ve ever found Once you ve added your most frequently visited locations it s autopilot until you need to add somewhere new Adding new locations is as easy as clicking naming it saying yes to the I m here now prompt and setting your geofencing which is at 100m minimum I track time at regular locations but frequently have a changes that pop up last minute This app makes accounting for time on my bi monthly timesheet a much easier process                     Easier Time Tracker by GPS Fencing iPeteJ

SUMMARY App keeps track of when you were arrive depart one of the locations you pre specify in the App However it has limited value for most business uses due to a number of significant limitations listed below NOTE If you stop at a location that you have not predefined the app appears to ignore that event There is no capability currently to automatically detect that you have arrived somewhere and track the time spent there if you have not setup a predefined geofence for that location This significantly limits the usefulness of the app since for service sales usage it would require pre loading every location in advance Although you can clock in out while at a particular location there is no way to add additional info to the time loc tracking entry of the app To be clear there are no fields to record important information such as what Client you did work for the Job Project Work Order number that you were working under what Phase of the project you were working on what Activity you performed for example Writing Code Testing Writing Documentation Break Lunch etc There is not even a Comments field to manually enter something to describe what you did Lack of a basic work breakdown structure Job Phase Activity as well as a lack of a comments field severely limits the usefulness of this App Furthermore the app does NOT appear to automatically detect activities such as driving or even walking to from between job sites While Google has shown that it is relatively straightforward to use location and accelerometer patterns to detect driving walking etc this app does NOT appear to automatically detect or infer travel between locations As another user commented the App does not track mileage neither deriving it from GPS location nor an odometer entry field which one might expect if using this for work There does not appear to be a prompt to ask the user if they forgot to Clock Out when leaving a location Finally there appears to be no integration with inbound outbound phone activity to allow tracking of duration of customer phone calls questions and prompting the user if they want to assign that time to a different job phase activity and or client clock out for the duration of the call then clock back in to resume or ignore the time spent on the call CONCLUSION All in all the app does what it claims and appears to do it reliably However without some simple enhancements it s usability for most business purposes is severely limited in its current form Hence three stars at this time             Track WHEN and WHERE but not WHAT WJR1989
