The Italian beef sandwich is delicious The staff is professional prompt and courteous to customers Drive through gets busy during dinner time and they manage the staff to take care of the customers The in door seating arrangement is great for families friends and events They even have an outdoor seating for customers who would like to sit outside Italian Beef Go Cubs !

I love Buona beef and they always have my business However this app is TERRIBLE You have to go through several taps to get to items Not all options on store menu are listed Keyboard covers up app menu so you have to constantly scroll up down to go between screen and keyboard Time option doesn t know the difference between AM and PM and checks the hour and minute separately so you frequently get an annoying error before you ve even specified the time Really a pain to use Please improve Please improve app 25 year Chase customer
It happened twice at the Orland Park store Points won t credit to account at purchase time since the last app upgrade 1st time the manager gave us our food due to the long delay attempting to process our order 2nd the manager has to credit reward points manually Food is great the app is not since last upgrade PS this app is NOT supported in Apple wallet Points don t credit with purchases Mr. EJ

Like most of the restaurant apps out there this one is way behind on the UI and the features This app only seems to have the card Having the card in the wallet would be a little helpful Of course the online ordering needs to be improved since that is the point of the app Needs a lot of work Moorer98
About the only thing it s good for is to show your card when going to the store The map is terrible you can t pan or zoom You basically have to know the address of the close by store to find the location Google maps to the rescue Online ordering would be nice if it worked Navigating the menu is near impossible as it is In the end I just gave up and went to the place and ordered Would have been nice to save some time and order ahead Awkward Ardiaxe

I didn t like the version 1 of this app but at least I could get it to work With versions 2 and now 3 I can t even log into my account via the app Maybe the hyphen in my email address it doesn t like no idea My fix I just added myBuona bar code to KeyRing and show that at the cash register it s quick easy and actually works Bottom Line great food ok reward system awful app website is bad too why 2 different log ins for loyalty and ordering food to go My beef pun intended since version 1 Can t add my card as a Passbook card I think it has to do with Passbook not supporting 1 D barcodes like their app uses I d say please update your POS machines to take 2 D barcodes but that s expensive so I doubt it Awkward Loyalty Setup Could Be WAY Better moc33
Back to 5 stars w 3 0 from 1 star w 2 1 Shortly after posting the v2 1 comment below I sent an email to Buona telling them to FIX their App Less than a week later 3 0 came out and all is well Not saying it took a letter to the company to fix a bad app but you can smell the coffee Buona thx for the fix With v2 1 iOS 8 1 3 As others have mentioned app has major bug making registration into program impossible via the app The app requires you to add your birthday to get registered but when you click on the birthday field the app instantly locks with no way around it So I registered a physical card online on their website but as others have mentioned there is No way to get that physical card into the app via the app However If you go to their web site there is a lost card option So I am guessing I might be able to use this option to indicate I lost my physical card number and replace it with the app card number But if I do that will it transfer the 100 5 worth of points I do not know But I and you should not have to try to figure out work arounds Buona these are major issues if you real care at all about the My Buona Membership Rewards program then fix these issues on v2 1 iOS 8 1 3 Now v3 0 works v2 1 iOS 8 1 3 birthday bug Pax43

This is the perfect idea for punch cards with restaurants I am always digging through my bag for mine and usually end up forgetting I even have one This makes it seamless with one of my favorite Chicagoland restaurants Love it
I tried to get the punchcard thing to work several times without success so I finally asked about it at the register The issue the QR code that you need to scan is at the register ITS NOT THE ONE THEY STICK ON YOUR RECEIPT If its not out at the register ask the cashier for it at the Buona in Hoffman at least they keep it behind the register Needs better instructions

My app doesnt have an option for punchcard Also I get push notifications that tell me theres a deal but when I go to the promo section of the app it tells me that theres no deal available and to check back later This app is irritating Consumer

I downloaded the app while waiting in line at the Buona restaurant drivethrough By the time I got to the window the app had finished loading but there was no opportunity to enter an email address to get my card punched The manager had to take my email address down to register and seem surprised there was an issue Whats the point of getting the app if you cant get your card punched I can get the rest of the information off of their website Fairly useless
AFTER the latest update was issued the company sent out a notification email that it would wipe out any existing punches They offered a 3 coupon but the way I read the email the offer is only good for a couple weeks Makes the whole idea a bit of a waste of time for me Update zeroed out punches

I installed this app for the punch card and to hopefully get specials I went to punch card and was prompted to register my punch card I press send and an error invalid email is shown Cant do anything else No specials shown after installing would have been nice to have one right away App shows menu and company history All in all a mediocre app with low usefulness Pretty useless

This app is a waste I already had a physcial bouna card and registered it on line once I saw they had an app for the phone I figured I would down load it Well its useless if you already have a card as they issue you a card number on the app right away and dont let you change the number at all So you are stuck starting over point wise from the beginning They need to fix it so that if you already have an actual physical card you can register it on the app or if you dont opt to get an electronic card PLEASE FIX THIS OTHERWISE YOUR APP IS USELESS TO THOSE OF US WHO ALREADY HAVE CARDS AND DONT NEED NEW ONES IF I could give this zero stars I would Doesnt work if you have a physcial card

I frequent Buona on a regular basis This app is a no brainer I was able to register in under a minute I am already receiving benefits Cant wait to bring my family on Tuesday for double points Staff is always friendly and food is great No brainer
