Everytime i sign in the app it sends me to a screen with nothing on it and say not what you re looking for And my only other option is to return to log in     App wont let me log in trav9400

This not about the app is about how brinks treat their customers I had a prepaid debit card which got stolen I reported it missing they reversed the money that was stolen off the card back on to the card for it to be taken off again the next day call to get it taken care of kept getting the run around and hung up on     Horrible Customer Service Mistery101

Don t know if it was the recent update or not but this morning I now can t log into the app at all The web version is fine so I know it s the app that s the issue and customer support is of no help in resolving app issues Uninstalling reinstalling doesn t help and resetting the password also doesn t resolve it Meanwhile the check I need to deposit is just sitting here     Useless LostEcho

The Brinks mobile app can be convenient at times but lately I have been experiencing freezing with this app You can log in complete a task afterwards log out the app freezes I had to delete app only to open app again to use It s a pain in the posterior dealing with this mess Overall if it does not freeze continuously I highly recommend             Very convenient at times Special_K7
