I used the entries and set ups for the spider and butterfly guards the very next day in class I was able to sweep numerous people with the butterfly guard and most were so confused at how quickly it happened that I was able to tap them out shortly thereafter That was worth the cost alone                     I used the sweeps the very next day in class Paul Dirac

I studied under a fantastic teacher from Brazil that received his BB from one of the Gracie s schools in Brazil I paid him 100 for privates plus of course the monthly group fees Though he would allow me to tape my privates for study they often would miss a LOT due to a stationary camera position set at lesson Start I say this so that you understand where I m coming from I was VERY happy with the quality of not only the video production of this app but also the clear articulation of the Professor for each technique The value of this app for it s price cannot be understated Based solely on this first tape I bought the other three I saw some other apps priced around 25 and read a few people knocking them for the price While I haven t yet purchased those apps those reviewers just don t get it If you want to learn BJJ it s going to cost you some money Depending on the pedigree of the instructor maybe quite a bit of money 25 for an app is still a great deal provided the instructor is good In the case here frankly I think these apps are WAY under priced For me they were a great refresher of white through blue belt material for the most part You still need to take this info onto the mat and practice but for 5 00 these are a steal Worth every penny                     Super Value for the price nsardo
