I really like this app except for one BIG thing I bought the promotional package for relax two and it never finished downloading I have tried the restore purchases option many many times but I am still without the final Goldberg variations I cannot purchase it separately because it shows I have already purchased it I have tried to contact their customer service at least six times to no avail I would be cautious when purchasing from this company as you may not always get what you paid for After the company contacted me I did what they suggested and lost the whole relax package two which I loved The company wanted proof I had made this in app purchase before helping me How could I have it on my iPad without the purchase I was unable to prove it as my iPad is not synced to another computer I am very very disappointed that I paid 13000 for something that I did not fully receive           Paid for but did not get entire program customer service inadequate

This app doesnt actually provide binaural beats where each channelear hears a different tone separated by the relevant frequency creating the ILLUSION of a single warbling tone it just plays the same single warbling tone in both channels Probably fine as a white noise machine but it does not operate to play binaural beats The prices are also inexcusably high given the number of freetouse apps and resources that provide legitimate binaural beats This is app is like saving up and going to a very expensive highend French restaurant for your anniversary expecting a great meal but then after you pay they bring you a drawing of food and dont understand why youre upset Save your time save your money get one of the many free binaural beats apps or use some of the many freetoplay ones available on the other side of a Google search     Not actually binaural beatsjust single warbling tones with music
